Brad was excellent in follow-up , gave us samples to help decide and great communications especially surrounding possible delays because of the smoke hazard.He was prompt with our estimate quote within minutes.
On payment I asked if e-transfer would work he said he actually prefers that.Unfortunately from my end I had not realized that there is a daily limit so that be paid over separate days, he recognized that asa working fact.
The final jopb looks great. They also cleaned up any mess .Excellent job.
I asked how much of a deposit ,he said do it all at once on completion

They came on the same day, and helped repair a few shingles that had fallen off. Quick and easy.

Always great communication re: estimate, work to be done and timing of install. Shingles delivered 2 days ahead of install so all on site and ready to go. Advised us they would like to start early (5:30) if acceptable (allowing us time to advise neighbors of same). Tarped all around the house (where accessible) to reduce their cleanup and subsequent yard mess. Did everything their contract stated without surprises. All work handled in a very professional and Very timely fashion.

I met Brad when he did my neighbours roof. He showed me where my roof was needing replacement - first time owner in Canada here! There is a co owner on my property and Brad was patient while I communicated with him regarding getting the roof replaced. He sent me pictures of the tile he would recommend with the prices. The work was done on a day convenient to me. He and his team were quick and cleaned up afterwards. A great company to deal with and I would recommend them for sure!
