John was pretty easy to work with and maintained constant communication. He estimated finishing our basement would take between 6-8 weeks and it took 6 weeks! Naime was the main worker and he is AMAZING! He did the job with accuracy, didn’t bother us much and was a complete professional. Just make sure to check every detail each day because if anything needs to be fixed or altered, you need to stay on top of it. I have already recommended CBG Homes to others.

I was extremely happy with my renovation. John was on time and on budget. We did everything from scrape the popcorn ceiling, lay new floors, create bedroom built ins and a large walk in....all in 6 weeks. I would recommend CBG to anyone looking to undertake a reno.

We had them demolish a rec room and then recreate it into an in-law suite complete with full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. His team was on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves daily. John worked well with us to design and choose finishings, and was very easy-going even with the changes we requested mid-reno. The project was completed in the timeframe and budget he quoted us too. Great communication throughout so we had zero issues!

I hired John and his team to renovate a basement appartment for me this summer. The workers were very professional, clean, and did an amazing job for us. I highly recommend this company. They are a top notch company.

We are really happy with the finished product. Our only hiccup was that our kitchen counter looked very different from the swatch. John could not change it as he was busy with other jobs. I would recommend going to a showroom and seeing your finishes before making your selections. Washroom sink was leaking but John's team fixed it pretty quickly. A few additional costs upon closing such as an extra door. Overall, John was good to work with and we are very happy with the finished product as they did an excellent job.

Full 1900sq ft basement renovation, including 15 ft climbing room, rec space, storage room (with laundry), full 3 piece washroom, full kitchen, office/room and lounge/theatre space with 100" electric fireplace. Extremely professional and trustworthy. Completed project within the designated time. Our second time/house using them to finish our basement! Excellent quality, excellent service. Highly recommend them!
