Basement Renovation review in Calgary

Had an appointment with at 1pm on 24th but no show and no response about 1hr. I then messaged through homestars and their staff online got it sorted right away. I respect the way they dealt with this issue and rescheduled it promptly.

We know nothing about exterior renovations or materials and they took the time to come over and explain in multiple occasions what our options were. Their recommendations were based on long term sustainment and value. I totally recommend them to anyone!

We are very happy with the work complete by Local renovations and their installers. Matt L. and Matt T. made the process very easy for us and provided excellent attention to our project. Communication was excellent, checking in with us each day to keep us up to date and ensure things were going smoothly. The installers quality of work was excellent. They arrived on time, were considerate of our schedule and cleaned up after themselves.

I would highly recommend Local renovations to anyone looking for a reliable and honest contractor who produces superior quality work.

We had ensuite done and a rough in for bathroom in the basement and the popcorn ceiling scraped and knockdown to replace it

Exceptional from start to finish. I have used them twice and will keep using them for all my renovations. I had a few concerns, and they addressed and solved the problem immediately. I have no problem recommending them to family, friends, anyone!

I have windows to do next and I won't need to shop around, I will just call Local Renovations and Design Inc immediately.
