Turn Key Projects

Let me start by saying this was our first property and our first renovation. We interviewed around 10 contractors, and Alex of Turn-Key Projects was the solid choice. Not only did he bring forth enthusiasm about the project, he was transparent about the whole process (something I didn’t find with the other contracting companies we interviewed). He would answer my calls, texts, and emails with the upmost clarity, especially humoring me with my “first time” renovator questions. Alex and his crew (shout out to Carlos and Hazael) did an excellent job with our condo. And I don’t just mean quality installations, attention to detail, etc., they had their work cut out for them as our building came with certain logistical issues (e.g. no loading zone for deliveries, a shallow parking garage). Carlos and Hazael are courteous, welcoming, and very proud and willing to talk you through their fine work. One thing that was notable about Alex, Carlos, and Hazael was that whenever a problem was encountered (for us that was DIY plumbing in the walls of our bathroom or a phone line running in the wall we were taking down), they would compliantly fix it, let us know about it, and not trouble us with details and a thousand decisions to make. Another notable thing about Turn-Key projects is the design element and procurement perks. We essentially gave Alex free reign to design our bathroom within a budget. And we could not be happier. His design aesthetic was the “modern chic” we were looking for but unsure of how to achieve. Alex, Carlos, and Hazael care about the entire aesthetic and offered valid opinions and discussions about the design of our apartmnet. All in all, we are ecstatic about the work Turn-Key Projects has done to our condo, and we love coming home.

I had the full kitchen and full bathroom redone. Extension of kitchen area, built a new waterfall island, new panelled tv wall, removed bathtub to create new walk-in shower with double vanity in bathroom, and replaced existing laminate.

Alex has an eye for design, great taste and is very decisive. He renovated two bathrooms for us and we cannot be happier with how they turned out. Alex is easy to talk to, and will trouble shoot whenever necessary. Alex's experience and guidance as well as the trade he works with come through, and the result, two gorgeous bathrooms! We look forward to future projects with him.

Alex and his team removed some walls from our condo to open up the living space, he also installed cabinetry and a kitchen island. All work was performed to requirements in a timely manner. Alex was very responsive to any of our queries and kept us appraised of the current stats of the project. I would definitely use Alex again for any future projects and happily recommend his work.

Alex is a consummate professional that gets things done. We work with him on renovating our kitchen and main bath. The project went very smoothly it was delivered on time and on budget. He listened to our needs and helped bring our vision to life. We really valued his creative input and suggestions. Alex has great taste and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Everything down to the smallest detail was completed to our liking, and the high quality of the finished product is very evident. We will definitely use Turn-Key Projects for any future reno's, and couldn't recommend them enough.

The Turn Key team did a superb job in our basement. They did work of high quality and were able to stick to the schedule and our budget. They were receptive to our ideas in building the spa of our dreams. We love our new spa I have no hesitation recommending them.

We hired Alex to perform a complete redesign of our condos kitchen and living area. As far as contractors go, he was a breath of fresh air! Alex is very knowledgable, responsive, and professional and was always quick to respond to emails or get in touch. As far as the quality of the work, Alex and his team was great. The job finished on time and the place looked fantastic - throughout the process Alex did not hesitate to fix things that were not "just right", which goes to show the level of quality and accountability in his work.
