Great experience with this company on all fronts. Quality of the product and installation seems great, salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy or "salesy" (both of which are an immediate no in my book). Even the communication from the office was great, which is unfortunately uncommon. Price was good as well

Two days ago my garage door spring snap and cable was all over the place. I email upper Canada garage service to get a quote and I get a call right away. Amazing service and staff! I got my garage spring and torsion cables replace. I Highly recommended if you need anything to fixed your garage.

Upper Canada Garage Doors installed a new garage door and door opener for us last week. From the initial contact to the installation, I was impressed with their professionalism, willingness to answer all my questions and customer service. I would strongly recommend them.

Although I wasn't able to visit the showroom, Cathren and Ryan were very helpful, they certainly did the best they could given the situation of this pandemic. The door was installed followed by the capping and the results exceeded my expectations. Everything looked very neat and flush with my home. I had forgotten the names of the 2 on-site workers, but they did a great job, as if the installation was a work of art, they certainly cared about the fine details of their work. Please pass-on my complements to them.

We are in the process of upgrading the outside of our home which was built in 1969. The garage doors were not original but were faded and just looked tired. The opener was getting old as well. So we picked a door that mirrored the more recent builds across the road and picked the wood like finish to give the door some character. We upgraded to the top of the line insulated model as the kitchen is above the garage. The workers worked all day and did a fantastic job. We are extremely happy with the product and the look.

The garage door needed balancing and the tech came and did the job professionally, had a mask on and was very personable. I had the garage door installed several years ago and am very happy with it.

Same day service. Service agent arrived on time and quickly removed 24 year old Sears opener and installed new Luftmaster. Installed exterior opener and coordinated electronics for both doors. Area was cleaned before leaving.

Best customer service ever. They made a small boo-boo during installation but immediate sent someone out to remediate/replace. Good quality garage doors, good communication throughout, good craftsmanship. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants new garage doors. Thank you Cathren, Pat and Jeremiah.
