They were first to reply to the Homestar request and was able to come same-day to perform the repair. Repair was for a broken torsion spring on our very old garage door. Patrick came and not only replace the spring, but had also given the rest of the garage door a once over and tuning so now this old door runs (almost) as smoothly and quietly as new. I live in a townhouse condo and had to get an exact match on a garage door replacement. Upper Canada gave me the best quote on an insulated door. They provided very friendly and personable service and were responsive to my installation requirements and schedule. They allowed me to change my mind at the last minute and keep the old opener, which saved me quite a bit. They even reconfigured the old safety sensors on the old opener for me so they wouldn't "fail as tripped" in the brigth afternoon sunlight anymore (as they often did).
