Hardwood Flooring and Stairs finishing and staining

After a previous renovation company left our stairs unfinished and a small section of flooring and landing on the stairs incomplete, we were left in a bind to say the least. We contacted Mo from 365 Installation Services who assessed the situation and provided us with some solutions. Understanding how much we had already invested in the project, he was very reasonable. He was very professional, arrived on time, and took time and pride in his work. We are very pleased with the outcome of their work and regret not requesting this organization to complete the entire stairs and flooring project initially. We would certainly recommend 365 Installation Services to any of our friends or family.

Installation of hardwood on top floor of a house

Team knew what they were doing and were obviously experienced. Team also focused on finishing on time - but, crews did not always arrive at the time expected. So, the end of the job was rushed. There was a little concern that they did not share deficiencies and instead waited for me to identify them before fixing them. And, they left quickly before I could do a review - so, I had to call them back. Deficiencies are expected and the team addressed all deficiencies.

Stair railing

Mohamed was wonderful and squeezed our job into to help us make our basement stairs safe for our two small daughters. He was incredibly professional and came with many ideas on how to complete the job. The work was completed beautifully and I would highly recommend 365 to any family or friends!!!

Mo and the team took care of the complete installation very well.

Great job on the Flooring and the Stairs.

We had a carpet in our 2-floor condo that had to be changed. They changed it and laid out the laminate with the baseboards in 3 -4 days.

Condo stairs are always tricky to work with but thanks to Mo, we now have an excellent maple wood stairway that matches the flooring perfectly.

Mohammad and mustafa both worked really hard and are very dedicated guys. I highly recommend them. They stayed late nights to finish the work. N
They were very friendly with my young kids and they also played with them. My next project will be with them.
