After two failed ceiling repairs by two different companies, I decided to contact Smooth Ceilings, Peter came to look at the ceilings, the crew came to do the work, great people, great work, would recommend this company to anyone, friends, family.

I was referred to this company through a friend. I had arranged to meet with Nick at my home. Nick was very polite, and very knowledgeable with this type of work needed. He clearly explained the process and what was invoked, even the negative factors, such as the dust, and the fact that I would have to do touch up on my paint after. He and his crew were able to install 50 pot lights, which Alan installed, and remove and refinish 1400 square feet of popcorn in 2 days. Exceptional service from start to finish. Nick and his team showed up each day on time and ready to work. Their attention to detail was first evident when they prepped our house to make sure that no floors, walls, furniture that could not be removed were not damaged. Popcorn ceiling removal is a dusty and messy process, but the Smooth Ceiling team did an excellent job mitigating dust migration by installing plastic barriers throughout the home. The finished work was performed on time and the ceiling was both smooth and flawless. The only surprise we experienced throughout the whole process was the clean up. Nick’s team vacuumed and washed all surfaces clean as if they were not there! It’s not often when a home improvement service exceeds my expectations, but Smooth Ceiling did! Highly recommended without reservations.

I just had my popcorn ceilings removed and are now smooth ceilings. Peter, Nick and their crew did a wonderful job I would recommend to anyone. I couldn't have had a better cleanup, there is nothing for me to do. The cost was fantastic.

Nick, Peter and the entire team did an excellent job doing my entire house. We had a tight deadline between closing our house and having to be out of our other house. They were able to get the job done in 2.5 days. I was impressed, they all worked extremely hard. The ceilings look great. They also did a good job cleaning up. Nick always answered all my questions and was very transparent about the entire process and all the steps involved. They took care to cover all the walls and door thresholds to minimize the amount of dust. Also happy with Allen for Electrical work as we had a bunch of potlights put in while we were getting the ceilings done. Great work. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to get this done.

Trust me when I tell you, you will be impressed by the level of quality Smooth Ceiling provides. From the floor protection to Peter and Nick's attention to detail, I would take out a full page newspaper ad to promote their craftsmanship and incredible skills. The whole team that executed the work at my residence deserve high praise. Please don't underestimate the amount of work that is involved in removing popcorn ceilings and finishing to an ultra smooth finish. Every room and hallway that the team worked on now looks incredibly spacious. It feels like a new house!
