This contractor was professional, honest, reliable and easy to work with. I live in North York and my house had a bathroom leak that caused water damage to my living room below. The leak damaged ceiling wall as well as the foyer wall. For 3 weeks I called and got estimates from contractors who were not interested in a small job, not fair in pricing. I finally looked in home stars and found epf pro services and was not disappointed in calling them. Alex was quick in getting me a fair estimate. He offered his advice and various option which were both appreciated. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right then.
