Replacement of Original Vent (Exhaust was poorly attached to a plastic attic vent. D4L Disconnected old Rigid Duct from plastic vent cap and replaced vent with metal vent).
A Few cracked Shingles were noticed and repaired.

Rigid Duct used and poorly installed to plastic roof vent for exhaust. It was pretty much venting directly into my attic space. Condo corp gave authorization for work to be done, once I fully explained what the issue was. Roof shingles and sheeting are condo common elements and need Condo approval for any alterations.
Katie from D4L was super patient with all of my questions. The roofers that did the work were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The work was done in about 20-30 minutes. They did not have to come into my unit to do any of the work.
Katie was also patient waiting for me to go back and forth with my Condo Corp to get the approvals for work. All questions I had on the contract were answer promptly.

I would definitely use D4L again in the future.

I recently purchased a condo and was in need of a contractor to redo two bathrooms, a front hall closet, repair walls in the principal bedroom as well as the office/den and to paint. Katie and Jeevan were recommended by a friend for which I am extremely grateful. When they came for the initial meeting, I was immediately impressed. They took their time going through the condo and listening to what I wanted to have done. The detailed quote I received a few days later reflected their thoroughness and attention to detail. Jeevan and his team at D4L have done two fantastic contract jobs over the past year at my property in Oakville. They are very professional, trustable and accommodating. At the time of both of these jobs, I was living in Vancouver. But Jeevan, very patiently, took control of the situation, scheduled all the necessary sub contractors during those busy times, and was sending me updates, photos and videos every step along the way. He was completely aware of my financial concerns and suggested several cost saving ideas, just to lower the cost for me. He and his team also were very patient with my tenant and very respectful of their privacy and convenience during their presence at the property.
They definitely are my go-to contractor if I need it in the future.

D4L Inc has come through yet again and yes, I am biased! We have had a water leak for all of 35 years. Each time we have tried to solve it unsuccessfully. D4L knew just the right people to attack the problem from the inside this time. My Basement Pool Room was pretty good before, now its beautiful. No leaks, new waterproofing, new walls, new floor, painting and cabinetry and wood baseboards replaced etc. Done by good people with no fuss. We are impressed. Good workmanship, teamwork, organization and attention to detail. Another great job done by these people.

Had a wall reconstructed after mold removal. Katie and Jeevan (the project coordinators) were excellent about discussing the options, approach and timing. Mike and his team (the on site contractors) were excellent, very nice and professional. Mike’s drywall, taping and mudding was impeccable. Their painting and trim work was also spotless. Great work!

Katie and Jeevan are extremely responsive, professional and caring. While we hit a snag on day one (our sump pump broke), they were very accommodating in adjusting the work schedule. Jason worked really hard and did an exceptional job of our crawl space - we only wish our whole basement was finished by Jason (D4L). I would use them again.

Had an unfinished basement and they fully renovated it with custom made bar and tv unit. Renovations were in an efficient manner and they were able to walk us through step by step on what would be done next. The work is professional done and of good quality.

Very efficient and no interruptions to any family life at home while the renovations were conducted. Would recommend for any project.
