Frank was so wonderful to work with! During the home inspection he was so thorough and checked every inch of the house from the attic, basement, electrical, plumbing, all the outside grading, and much more . As first time homebuyers we had many questions and he took time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and provide helpful recommendations to us.

We had a 24 hour window in which to get our home inspection completed and waive conditions on our home purchase. With the help of our real estate agent, were able to secure an appointment with Frank right away. Frank made time in his Friday afternoon to spend about 3 hours completing a detailed inspection of the interior and exterior of the home (including drone shots of the roof). While on site, he drew our attention to any issues in the home, how urgently the repairs should be addressed, and provided guidance on how we might choose to approach certain projects. Frank provided us with a full detailed inspection report on Friday evening, within a few hours of wrapping up at the house (with time to spare before our condition-removal deadline). Frank was recommended to us by a friend & we hired him to inspect our home. He arrived on time & did a detailed & thorough inspection of our place. Our roofs were examined using a drone because of which we now also have clear, crisp photos of how our roof looks & can provide contractors with pictures of problem areas. He was quick in making the report for us & sent us a comprehensive report the same night. The report gave us a full overview of our home & mentioned which areas are acceptable & which need attention. Having this report makes me feel more in control of health of our home.
