Above and beyond service from Roy! We had water on our floor and could not find the source of the leak because it was intermittent. I called Protex Plumbing to book an appt. Roy immediately walked me through some troubleshooting tests to try and isolate the problem. Because it was intermittent, we could not find the source. He was phone call away all w/e and we eventually caught the leak in action on video. Called Roy right away…on a Sunday. He was able to determine the problem. Came out first thing Monday and fixed everything! Thank you Roy! You are super plumber man!

Service was fantastic. I have used them twice and both times Roy and his team were professional, punctual, courteous and very efficient. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and highly recommend Roy and his team for any plumbing repairs that anyone may have.

We had Protex plumbing come to our home January 31, 2022 for a low water pressure issue with our main bathroom
Shower. Roy was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to successfully troubleshoot our issue and fix it! He also provided recommendations on how to possibly
Boost our pressure a bit more and showed us how to do it ourselves. This was our 2nd time using Protex Plumbing and they will definitely be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.

Max from Protex Plumbing came to install a bath tub. We also added on another job of re-routing the kitchen plumbing which would make the kitchen cupboards install easier. After checking in with Roy, the extra work was able to be done. Max provided excellent service. He is courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. This is the 2nd time of using Protex Plumbing and we're extremely happy with their service. We will highly recommend you.

Roy from Protex Plumbing & Gas Ltd. did an excellent job of trouble shooting and clearing my partially plugged sewer drain. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and gave tips on how to keep the drain free in future. He cleaned up the work area, to my satisfaction, after the job was completed. I will highly recommend Protex Plumbing to anyone.

Protex Plumbing is my ‘go to’ for all my plumbing needs. Roy the owner is knowledgeable, responsive and fair. Max came to my home to fix a toilet that wasn’t working and to replace my kitchen sink. It was a tougher job and took longer than expected (my sinks fault). He is always pleasant and does high quality work. Highly recommend using this company! Thank you Max!!!

Company needs to be more open about their minimum $205 charge for work under an hour. The job that was completed used some parts I had already purchased, 2 parts that cost the plumber $36 and he was in and out in under an hour. I was not aware of the minimus charge. It was never mentioned in my two phone calls, not on the website or other media platforms.

The plumbing pipe leading from my washing machine was blocked and causing water to come up into the sink.
Max from Protex plumbing and gas inc. snaked out all the pipes in my house. He was very efficient, polite and cleaned the work area after the job was done. Excellent service and price. I strongly recommend this company. Also a big thank you to Max.
