I was referred to Urban Irrigation a few years ago and have never looked back! They are completely reliable for yearly maintenance and repairs, and they show up on the right day at the agreed upon time -- ALWAYS. My dealings have been with Brandon, who is so quick to reply to emails and texts, and has been incredibly helpful at troubleshooting and offering the best, most efficient/affordable solutions to any issues that have arisen. I highly recommend Urban Irrigation - 5 stars++++!

I've dealt with several landscaping companies in the past and none of them even get close to the quality and professionalism of Urban Irrigation. I find all these companies are so busy and forget about customer service. However, I experienced the complete opposite and was very pleased with the service provided. The pricing was fair and transparent. No hidden fees. You can truly feel the passion in the work they do to complete the well and on time. I highly recommend this company.

Brandon at Urban Irrigation installed a wifi controlled irrigation system for the backyard that we can turn on with our phones to water our backyard grass and garden beds as well as turn on every time we see a raccoon. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend their services.

The company fixed my existing system and made suggestions for improvement by adding different heads and sizes in anticipation of plant growth. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. They installed lighting that made the backyard a thing of beauty during the winter months. If they were running late with another job, they called to let us know. Pleasure to work with them

I contacted Urban Irrigation Solutions to install an automated irrigation system in my backyard so we don’t have to water our new garden every night. Brandon met me on site and walked me thru the design and installation process. The installation team got the job done in one day and cleaned up fairly well. They were a pleasure to work with and I will recommend them in the future.

Asked for irrigation on my front and backyard, not a large space. Brandon and his workers were late to start and tracked dirt all over my porch and paved areas. There were also cigarette butts strewn about. The workers tried to argue with me when I asked them to clean up after themselves. I admit there was a language barrier as the workers spoke little English, but I'm sure they understood what I was asking. Sweep and hose it down! I should not have to do this part of your job for you.

It is hard to believe the other reviews on this Homestars page are real, as my experience with this company is completely opposite.

Brandon and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They installed our irrigation system and landscaped a large front and back yard last June. So happy the way things turned out. It normally takes quite a bit to impress me. I am always hesitant about booking large jobs for my house but with Brandon things went so well. Brandon and his professional team restored my confidence in irrigation. After a terrible experience with an old irrigation company years ago I was very cautious in dishing out the $$ to get things fixed. This spring I said enough. I deserve a backyard with a working irrigation system lol. Now it takes quite a bit to impress me and I was impressed !

Not only did they do a whole revamp of my existing system but they provided some pretty handy maintenance tips and called a few weeks later to check in with us. Stop what you are doing and book Urban Irrigation!!

We contacted Brandon at Urban Irrigation Solutions to install an in-ground sprinkler system for our lawn and raised beds as well as drip irrigation for our planters and perennials. Our garden has never been so abundant and happy. Brandon was very knowledgable about plant requirements and water technologies. Great customer service. Highly recommend him.

I called 2 sprinkler companies to figure out why my sprinklers weren't working. One told me I would have to wait a week before they could make it out and the other company couldn't solve the problem. I then called Brandon at U.I.S. and he came that day. Within an hour my system was working.
