I could not be more pleased with the product and service. For starters, they were extremely fast to responding to my initial inquiry. I had an aggressive timeline and they were able to meet it. The door itself was custom-made and all questions and concerns were answered immediately. They even hand-sketched the design just to reassure us.

The installation process was smooth, fast (only 4 hours), and professional.

Jayden and his team came along for our major renovation project of our heritage home. The project spanned over 18 months and Legacy came in to handle full window replacements for our entire main floor - a total of 18 windows. We installed hybrid windows that have a wood finish inside, but with fibreglass outside. We love them and our neighbours do too. It was important for us to maintain the heritage look of our house and had a customer design created to match our original. The new windows function amazingly well. Legacy was flexible and worked with our schedule over this extended period of time and we were always happy to have the crew at our place.

Had a new mini suite put into our home, so that our son could move back home to recover after a series of accidents. Money and time were two things we really didn't have to spare, and with family help the suite was built quickly. The window was the one missing piece, and after getting a series of high-price quotes it seemed like the options were to get a good window that was staggeringly expensive, or a cheap window that was garbage. Then I contacted Legacy and got a great window option at an incredible price. Service was excellent, from initial measuring and quoting to the fast and friendly installation. They cut no corners, explained my options well, and delivered exactly when promised. Clearly they will be the first call I make next time.
