We realized we are dealing with a very reliable company from the way Stepan examined our kitchen during estimate process. He took his time to thoroughly examine each detail. When he was working, he preferred to re-do the previous plumbing work for free to ensure that everything is done properly. We were amazed. He didn't raise his estimate one cent. Overall, we were extremely happy with the work and approach.

Main Drain and Plumbing did a complete plumbing renovation at my house. Everything from the estimation to the last touch was done promptly and professionally. I have to comment on the amazing customer service and work ethic of the entire team.

I live in old house and my Main Sewer Line got block. I called City of Toronto emergency service and tech check line with camera verdict sewer line block due to roots in trap and must be replaced. Worse part it is happened on Saturday. Since I knew the problem I called around 15 different company’s Main Drain & Plumbing was only one wiling to come immediately. Tech show up dig 6 feet hole and clean up trap. It was emergency fix and I was able to use my washrooms. Of course I they replace main line in following days I was happy to give them this job. I am so happy I found responsible company who understand people needs.

On Thursday July/30/2015 I had a clogged toilet, so I decided to call Main Drain & Plumbing. The service was excellent and the price was very fair. The plumber was by the name of Stphene and I would recommend anyone to him. All in all the service was excellent 10/10.
