Main Drain & Plumbing

Called this morning to Stepan and he was available at around 3pm. There was a dripping under the sink. Another person checked before Stepan and said that the wall has to be broken, opened, and that this would be a major repair.
Stepan fixed the issue in less than an hour, and gave warranty.
He is very competent, friendly, honest person.
Will call him again for major shower room job soon.

They arrived on time and did the work effectively. Left the job site clean and tidy. Fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. It is difficult to find parking on my street but there were no complaints.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet problem for quite a while before calling the Main Drain & Plumbing for the first time. Given my previous negative experiences with few plumbers and living on a very busy schedule, I was a little nervous at first. To my surprise, their local plumber Stepan replied immediately and started the work at exactly scheduled time. Stepan was very polite and respectful of my home. He wore booties when he entered and lay down blanket in the work area. Stepan did a very fine, professional job on my kitchen faucet, completing his work within the time given and leaving the work area clean and tidy. He exceeded my expectations by clearly answering all my questions and charging me very reasonably. Stepan then spent extra time on examining my dishwasher and outside faucet , after which he patiently explained to me the upcoming problems and my options in repair.
I trust Stepan's expertise and honesty and definitely will recommend his service to all my friends.

New laundry location.

Great service, speed and quality of work. Sump pump failed on a friday, the plumber came on saterday and looked at the issue. New sump pump was put in monday. Cost included the service and new pump.

I called Main Drain and Plumbing after going through reviews of some of the companies and thought that good they even do little small jobs as opposed to some companies who only want big jobs and will not return your call or give quotes. Anyway, lady who answered the phone was really pleasant and said they have a technician come in 2 hours and the estimated price. Stephan came a little bit earlier but that is a pleasant surprise and he did a very good job and was very pleasant and efficient. He even accommodated some little extra work that I had miscalculated with length of pipe, etc. and was not upset with the extra headache. Very good company and will definitely refer to friend or relative.

After calling several plumbers, we found Eugene. He returned our phone call, came and quoted and his price was excellent for the job we needed.

On the day of work, he showed up on time, worked all day long, kept the house clean, and was very nice. He hand dug out our basement floor, replaced some pipes that had tree roots grown in them, roughed in a bathroom, installed a drain and sealed up a drain we were no longer using. Once all the work was completed, he showed us via camera his work and followed the pipe all the way to the City lines.

We have been renovating our house for a while now and I can honestly say that Eugene is one of our favourite contractors to date. We will use him again for any plumbing issue - and would highly recommend him to friends, family and to you.
