I already know how the European windows work and look and I saw them used in a Church in Hamilton which coincided with me looking for new windows and main entry door for my house, I contacted Jim @Eurostar windows and we went through the whole process which was very smooth and straight forward and now on the promised delivery date I had them all installed and finished which looks amazing, the installation team did a fantastic job and one thing for sure those guys do it right and never cuts corners,

We engaged EuroStar last year to obtain a quote for windows and doors replacement. Eli was prompt in responding to our quote and made an appointment to visit us and provided us the necessary details. We negotiated some pricing/window styles etc and comparatively they came in with a competive pricing. We had the details to make the required decision quickly. We made an initial deposit however due to covid setting in, they were unable start the work until early spring this year 2021.
The installation crew Danny contacted us and informed us about the start date and duration of the job. As promissed they came in on time to start the work.

Danny came with his partner Remi and once they got started the work we knew we made the right decision. It was refreshing to see how Danny/Remi worked together with professionalism. They were freindly , curteous and we didnt have to watch over their shoulder to see if they were doing a good job. In fact they called us to show the work they were doing and explained to us why they had to do certain things to get the job done. To us Danny and Remi were rock stars and they made the difference finally the way the job was completed. Thank You Eli/Danny and Remi for he excellent work. For sure we will recommend Euro star windows.

Sales, service, installation, product, cleanup all excellent! Worth the money. We interviewed nearly a dozen companies and glad we landed here. Jim was really straightforward and has every right to brag about the superiority of the product, assembled in Europe. Couple that with a courteous and meticulous install crew and we have something I'm sure we'll enjoy for years to come. The tilt and turn windows and patio doors all with retractable blinds are a joy to behold.

We needed windows replaced in two dormers in our house. We sought quotes and settled on a company owned by a neighbour. The windows were ordered and installed and they are passable. Trim installed inside was unpainted and the installer wasn't the friendliest person we have had in our house.

A year or so later, we needed to replace some larger windows at the back of our house. Again we obtained some prices - one of which was from the company we had used previously and another from Eurostar. The difference in their approach to the job was night and day. The first company spent time telling us what they wouldn't or couldn't do and left their price. Jim from Eurostar took time to explain their product, how it worked, the benefits. He explained how they would carefully remove the California shutters and then reinstall them as part of the job. (The first company said that we would have to do that ourselves). Jim left a very competitive quote and followed up by email to see if we had any further questions. We instantly liked him. Who knew that buying windows could be a pleasant experience? He understands customer service and his goal is for you to be happy with the work. The decision was an easy one. The windows were ordered and installed and they still look great.

Our next project was our front entrance. We have a double set of doors and assumed the price would be very high. Jim at Eurostar walked us through plenty of options and gave us advice that we felt we could trust. The end result was a stunning set of double doors. Honestly, walking up to the door even a year later is still a pleasant experience. We know what others have paid for similar work and we feel we got a fair price and the installation was perfect. They even installed a ring doorbell for us for free. We have had people walk by and tell us that they love our doors!

Our most recent job was the largest and we didn't bother to go anywhere else for pricing. We simply called Jim. We replaced 3 windows on our top floor, a large window in our basement and installed french doors in our walkout to the yard. Again, the product is top notch. The prices were fair. Jim was a pleasure to work with as always - he has a very pleasant personality and great sense of humour. In each of our jobs we have had Dima & Ilya as our installers. They are pleasant to work with, obviously experienced and very meticulous. We have been very pleased with each job. Jim and his team are easy to work with and we would not hesitate to work with them again. We have recommended them to a co-worker who said they had the very same experience. If you are looking for windows or doors, we highly recommend Eurostar!

I was very dilligent in looking for a company to do a complete window installation for all windows in my house. I had received many quotes from many companies. Euro Star Windows and Doors was my choice and would highly recommend them.
Right from the start with the salesman to the end with the installation crew was a very pleasureable experience. The installation crew (Danny & Remy) were top notch. The amount of attention and detail they took to complete the install was simply phenomenal from the installation start to clean up.

I hate to be the one to leave the only less-than-fantastic review for Euro Star, but my experience simply was not as I was hoping, based on the company's favourable reviews.

First, the installation of my windows was great. I'm very happy with the windows themselves and the installers were polite, fast, and professional. However, the communication from the company was either completely lacking or rude, from start to finish. I had to chase them to get someone to measure, follow up several times to inquire about the status of my order, and again reach out multiple times to try to get information about possible installation.

Of course, COVID impacted the manufacture of the windows as well as the company's ability to install them in a timely manner, which is completely understood. But between August and March, I was not given information about the status of my request/order unless I called multiple times. On one occasion, a manager became really rude over the phone when I called for probably the 5th time looking for some information (can you blame me? two windows takes 7 months and way too much work for me chasing around for info).

After replacing half the windows in our home and the patio door, we were so happy with them, that we ordered all the rest of the windows and the front door. At this time of COVID, with so many delays in the materials for construction, Euro Star Windows and Doors did their best to facilitate delivery. Jim and his team, Ilya and Dima, were professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Jim.
