We are delighted with our new windows. They are of top quality and craftsmanship. They were installed in a highly professional manner with great care and attention to detail. They left the sight perfectly clean. We would use Eurostar Windows and Doors without hesitation again.

This is our second time using EuroStar Windows and once again we are very pleased with the quality of the product and craftsmanship of the installation team. We had the windows installed in our previous home and when time came to change our back door in our new home we called EuroStar. Our new sliding door with mini-blinds looks great and we are very happy with the
service we received. We would most definitely recommend EuroStar Windows to anyone based on our experiences with them.

Great salesman, explained everything in detail. The door works beautifully and installation was clean. I would recommend this product to all. Negatives-they could have cleaned the glass a little better.

We are delighted with our new windows. They are 40" awning windows and they open very easily with the crank. The little locking device on the crank is a bit fiddly but insures that it stays flat. The locking mechanisms on either side are superior to any others we have in the house. The windows are high quality and we feel they were sold at a very competitive price. The office staff is easy to deal with and replied promptly to our questions. The installation crew was excellent. We have a flower bed below the windows and not a leaf was damaged during installation. Although it is too early to tell if there will be any problems (they have been in for just a little under three weeks), at this point I would highly recommend them.

First of all, let me just say how pleased we were with Melik and the entire installation crew. They would arrive early, work efficiently, and left without a trace of mess (which my wife was extremely impressed with).
The entire transition went smoothly, from our initial appointment with Norm directly at the showroom, to placing the order, getting our windows and front door installed, and ending with the minor adjustment that needed to be made once installation was complete. Upon speaking with the office regarding the adjustment that needed to be made for the blinds on our tilt and turn windows, they promptly sent a service technician who came and resolved it on the spot.
We would happily recommend Euro Star Windows as they have exceeded our expectations for the quality of the product, the customer service, and the follow up care we received.

When you walk into the showroom you are instantly greeted with a smile, you are instantly welcomed. The staff and salespeople are helpful and have great ideas.

So our story starts March 2009. We had all the windows replaced with this company. Then in May 2011 we had our front door and basement window done. Then we wanted an additional window in our basement, as long as we have lived here always thought the basement could use some more natural light. Of course we called Eurostar windows and doors. Once again we were very pleased! Love the additional window in the basement. The installers made sure that the place was back to normal. They were very pleasant and nice. Was nice that the same guy was here to see yet another project done in our home. Thank-you once again Eurostar!

We had seen Eurostar building /sales location for a while.
Dropped in when we started to look for a new door that was not going to limit the glass area, side panels etc.
Selection was made easy with the help of the staff , a patio door was selected that as compared to other was of a higher quality.
Installation was done by a very respectful crew , and once done the area was cleaned up.
Needless to say I am very happy with entire process.

I can say without the slightest hesitation that we were more than pleased with both the product that Euro Star provided as well as the quality of the installation. Everything was manufactured and delivered exactly in accordance with our specifications, and the installers - Vito and Johnny - were phenomenal. They worked steadily and tirelessly until about 7:00 P.M. each day to ensure that the job would be completed within the allotted time frame, and this was made all the more challenging because the weather was less than cooperative on two of the days (intermittent rain, including the occasional thunderstorm). Still, they plugged on, navigating creatively around these setbacks.

Johnny and Vito worked as a well-coordinated team, were very neat and meticulous, and the workplace was kept tidy and organized throughout - putting down canvas sheets to protect our floors and carpets, making sure that no rain got into our house during those times when it started up, and cleaning up thoroughly after themselves at the end of each day. They minimized any possible disruptions to our daily routine while they were here, and checked in periodically with us - not only to advise us as to the progress of the job, but also to ensure that we were on board with some of the available trim installation options, including suggestions for alternate approaches that we hadn't considered before.

This was particularly relevant in one instance where Johnny consulted with us before proceeding to ensure that we were O.K. with the colour of the caulking that had been supplied with the job. Turns out that rather than being the "95% match" that had been promised to us, this caulking was actually a reddish, medium-brown colour (pecan?). Granted, it may have been from the same general colour palette and could have been a good match had we wanted a contrasting colour to go with the chosen Antique Ivory trim, but we had asked for a closer - if not identical - match. Vito then showed us a sample from a tube of almond-coloured cauking that he happened to have with him, and we all agreed that this was a far better match and the right way to go. Again, the fellows did not let this glitch set them back - they proceeded with other, equally necessary work for the balance of that day while making arrangements to have a sufficient quantity of the alternative caulking available the next day to still be able to finish the job on time.

I should also add that the quality of the workmanship of both installers was impeccable. There was no damage to the existing exterior window frames and interior trim that we had elected to keep when removing the old windows, the new windows fit in perfectly, and the aluminum and vinyl trim was installed with meticulous attention to detail to ensure that everything fit together perfectly with no gaps, bumps, bad corners, or less-than-"knife-edge" right angle bends anywhere. I was especially impressed with Johnny's ability to apply caulking seamlessly...straight and even bead lines throughout, no smears or bumps, and good, solid coverage everywhere that I am sure will result in a complete absence of drafts anywhere around the new windows and patio doors this coming winter.

All in all, despite some initial communications challenges because of key player availability early on in this project - as well as the need to reschedule our originally planned installation date due to issues at Euro Star's end - once everything lined up properly, the overall project was executed flawlessly. That, together with the very competitive price that you offered us going in has proven to us that we made the right choice in going with Euro Star, and I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to others based on what I have seen so far.
