We were referred to Igor at EuroStar from friends of ours that had just replaced their front entry doors as well. We have to say that from the first meeting to discuss our options, to the installation of the door, everything was great! Their professionalism, communication,and attention to detail are only a few of the reasons that we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family,but to also use them again when we replace our windows.

We met Les at the home show and he said that his company would do what we wanted. We did two big awning windows in the kitchen and four long awning bow window, all open really nice. Products delivered on time. Office staff were extremely accommodating with the installation time. Installation crew were very kind and clean. Windows look and work really well, so far. We have not opened them for a long period of time as we are in the winter season. Overall, we are happy. Being in sales and service my self, I would have appreciated a contact from the sales person to ensure that all went well!

We are very happy, because we got professional service from the staff, installation on time and the great price. They have the option to choose different kind of windows and make it a little tinted if you have lots of sun outside, actually what we did. At winter season we are using less heating at our house because it is very warm inside. We'd like to recommend Eurostar windows to everyone! You will be happy!

My husband and I replaced all of our main floor windows and doors as well as our garage windows. We had been shopping for a while for new doors and windows but liked EuroStar's products the best. Igor is very knowledgeable of all the products and designs and gave us a tour of the factory and showed us how the windows were made. We were very impressed. Igor also provided expert advice to help us make the right design choice for our home.

Melik, who installed all our windows and doors, did a superb job and cleaned up after the work was done.

We chose EuroStar because we had a good rapport with our salesperson, found the showroom impressive and trusted the quality of the product. When we signed the contract, we were left with the impression that our windows would be ready for installation in about 6-8 weeks. At this time, we were informed that our account would be handed over to the office. This was in late May.
The office was in touch to put our payment through in early June, but then left us waiting longer than the expected time to get our windows. Moreover, after about 10 weeks, when we made contact to ask what our expected wait time was, we didn't receive any response initially. It took a couple emails from us to get a timeline update. At this time, we were told we'd have to wait until September because two pieces were being shipped in. We asked about getting part of the job done sooner so we could enjoy the new windows through the summer, and the rest done when parts came in. Again, a long delay in the response. We didn't get our windows and door installed until mid-October. That is far longer than the anticipated 6-8 weeks and the communication during the waiting period was less than satisfactory.
The actual windows and door are nice and seem to be of good quality. All but one arrived in good shape -- the window that had to be shipped from Europe had a cracked handle, which was later replaced. During installation, some of the drywall was damaged around one window, but the installers patched it when asked to. We will need to paint it. The installation of the bay window was somewhat confusing. The bay was slightly narrower than the previous window. The trim that was installed was intended to be wide enough to cover the difference, but must have come up a little shy because it was installed so wide that a centimetre of the reveal (the unfinished edge of the pressed wood) was exposed, which can't be sanded, painted or stained. They intended to leave it like this and call it finished. Upon request, this issue has since been adjusted.
Overall, now that it is all done, we are happy with the product; however, the experience has been less than satisfactory due to the wait, lack of communication, and installation complications.

The front entrance to my house was functional but boring and the front hallway was quite dark. I set out to find a replacement and just by chance, stumbled upon the Euro Star location. Very quickly I realized the difference in quality between what Euro Star offers versus North American door manufactures. The glass design I wanted had to be custom made because of the size and Euro Star was able to 'get it done'. The entrance is now beautiful with tons of light flooding the hallway. The installers were very professional and efficient and when they left there was not a trace of debris. I am thrilled with the Euro Star product.
