Mike was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the start. He promptly replied to all inquiries and the runner was installed shortly after ordering. Very quick turnaround for everything - from viewing samples to installation. We appreciated that he came to our house to see the samples in our lighting; Excellent service overall!

They were efficient and reliable, they showed up on time and made sure to leave the work area really clean once they had finished. We are very pleased with the work that TORONTONIAN FLOORING has done for us. I contacted them through their website and I immediately received a call from them. Mike came to our house that evening with lots of samples to choose from. In two weeks, he was there to install it. The finished product is exactly what we had envisioned.
