Adrian was great to work with and when the design needed to change just slightly from the original plan he communuicated quickly and gave a detailed reason why it was necessary - I have to say that the team was absolutely right to make the change and it gave even more "wow" factor! I recently used this company to lay a patio in our garden. The service was excellent. They explained everything, made changes to the design and accommodated all our needs. The team arrived at 7am, each of the guys knew their role, and with such efficiency the patio was completed within the day, (12 hours). We had a very particular landscape design for the front of our home. After careful research and a few meetings we decided to work with the Interlock Impressions team and I am grateful we did.
Adrian was very patient and took the time to understand what we wanted. Working together we were able to prepare the designed we wanted at a price that is a very good value.
The Pandemic slowed many things down but Adrian was excellent in communicating timelines and schedules.
Once a week was selected, Scott and his team arrived and it was very impressive. They knew what we wanted, double checked the plan with us and immediate went to work. They did everything we wanted and the work went perfectly.
We will be using them for future landscaping for the rest of our property.
