Karry Home Solutions was all they claim to be. Our home was built in the 70s with little storage space and in need of a serious upgrade. Karry Home Solutions listened to the needs of our family that was outgrowing our home, and seemingly magically produced extra space we didn't know was possible. On top of that, the finished results were absolutely beautiful. Every single person on their team was professionaly, curtious, not to mention extremely experienced. While the renovations were going on we were continuing to live in our home, and they always were sure to clean up after a full days of work. Jody was also especially attentive at responding to any of our concerns and updating us on what would be happening next. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and would whole heartedly recommed them to anyone looking to make improvements on their home. First class all around!

Over the past 15 years I have used this company for 5 different projects.  My projects have ranged from complete kitchen remodelling to washroom and laundry room refacing in three different homes. Throughout each improvement process, Jody and Rob have demonstrated that they are knowledgeable professionals who consistently provide excellent customized service with great attention to detail and the use of quality products. It is a pleasure to work with both of them. Jody is an attentive listener who offers great design choices, efficiently coordinates projects and responds to queries/ requests in a timely fashion. Exceptional people to work with. Jody discusses, plans and designs the renovation project with you in an easy, no pressure and professional manner. Before the project is slated to begin, Jody provides a comprehensive schedule of dates for the entire project, outlining what will be happening on each day. This schedule is very well adhered to throughout the entire project and if there are unforeseen changes because of things that they would not have been able to predict, Jody promptly modifies the schedule so that progress is being made every day and the project completes on time. The crew is fantastic and consists of Rob (Foreman) with Mike and Austin. These guys are great. They are punctual, work hard, they know what they are doing and they are respectful, nice to speak with and they keep you updated on what was done each day. They work with subcontractors for the tiling, electrical, counter tops and glass for shower and the impression is that these are carefully selected through experience. All of the subcontractors were exceptional, and having the same characteristics as the main crew (punctual, hard working, excellent work, respectful, keep you updated). Our renovation consisted of a complete tear out and redo of the ensuite bathroom, complete tear out and redo of the kitchen, flooring and powder room. All together Jody's original schedule was followed well and the whole project from start to finish was completed in 6 weeks. The quality is exceptional and frankly the renovations have been life changing. We highly recommend Karry Home Solutions, Jody, Rob, Mike and Austin.

Karry Home Solutions renovated our kitchen 14 years ago and did an excellent job. We live in a nice small townhouse complex and since then they have renovated many other units because of their great work and good reputation. We needed some additional work done recently, they again did a great job, from design to the end product, they are professionals, great installers and always on time. I will recommend them again and again to anyone wanting to do renovations without hesitation!

Kitchen renovation invariably causes much inconvenience where the owner does not have access and use of their kitchen for several days. In some instances, weeks. But, with Karry we were amazed how quickly and painlessly everything was in place. Within days the project was completed. Cupboards, cabinetry, pantry, countertop and plumbing were all completed. Karry employees were punctual, clean – almost all construction was done offsite and assembly was without any hitch. Every piece of furniture fitted precisely, like a jig-saw-puzzle. Hardly any mess and clutter was left behind when the work day was over. We always had access to use our kitchen.

As for the job, we are never more satisfied. We now have a fully functional and beautiful kitchen.

Karry Kitchens did a complete renovation of our ensuite bathroom, right down to the studs. Throughout the process, from design to completion, Jody was a pleasure to work with, helpful with suggestions, listening to my requirements, and answering emails promptly. Their crew was professional and efficient, but always took the time to fully answer any questions we had. They were diligent about using drop cloths and tidied up completely at the end of each work day.
The real test of a contractor is their response to problems – the double sliding door shower leaked (would not recommend this one). Not only did Jody and her team respond immediately but they made it clear that they would do whatever it took to fix it – in this case several visits, including one from a shower expert at their expense.
The shower leak was fixed and the bathroom looks great.

This is the 1st time we have Karry Home Solutions. The design support we received helped us to establish the essence of what we were trying to achieve in a new Kitchen. We were given a detailed of what would happen each day. The work done matched that schedule - we are not used to that and appreciated it. Kitchen was done on time, on budget and is immaculate. My wife and I thank everyone at Karry who was involved.

We first contracted Karry Home Solutions, then Karry Kitchens, to renovate a kitchen in an old house. The design and colour scheme were quite beautiful. The work took two weeks longer than predicted, partly because a wall were were removing proved to be a supporting wall, which required installation of a a steel beam to support the second floor. The company used good quality materials and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. As a result, we hired them to renovate the kitchen in our new house and expanded the work to include other areas of the house over the years. They have been creative in dealing with unusual requests, for example, installing a dog shower in the laundry room. When problems (usually minor) arose, I simply took a picture and forwarded it. The problem was fixed promptly with no charge. Our interactions have always been positive and we are very happy with the work they have done for us.
