Jimmy from GTA siding is a busy guy but he’s worth the wait because he does great work! Favorite phrase is don’t worry. I needed to hear that a lot! If there is a way to fix whatever problem crops up he will find it. Thanks so much Jimmy, Louis and Donny!

We had our aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding, as well as our soffits / fascia / eavestrough / drainpipe replaced. Jimmy and his team did a great job on our house. The one thing that was a bit frustrating was the delay in the starting of our project. Our siding project was slated to start early to mid-October, then got pushed to end of October, but actually didn't end up starting until mid-November. The delay also effected our exterior potlight contractors as we needed to coordinate between the two. I understand poor weather and a delay in prior jobs probably caused the delay in ours but a more accurate approximation of a start date would have been appreciated. Given this, Jimmy was here pretty much everyday working on our project until it was complete. One part of our job (painting our bay window roof cap) could not be done because or rain / cold weather so Jimmy will be coming back in springtime to finish that. Overall though, Jimmy knows his stuff and did a great job with our house and we are happy with the end product.

We contacted Jimmy at GTA Siding and out of the companies we contacted he was the only one to actually come into our house, sit down with samples, and discussed the entire process.
Right off the bat we were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.
The project started as discussed, and Jimmy showed up everyday until the job was complete. The job site was left clean at the end of each day, and all garbage and debris was removed upon completion. His attention to detail is incredible (and this is coming from a perfectionist). We’re looking forward to having him back in the new year to add shutters.

From the first visit to the last day of installation, Jimmy from GTA Siding never fails to disappoint. He is always professional, punctual and on time. He is eager to earn my business, he did a good job giving advice from choice of colours, to types and use of insulation, he shows up for work as he said. Deviation or changes from agreement is always discussed. He propose a better looking vinyl as he cares that i be happy with the finishing looks, price change is so slightly more and very affordable. The job was very well done and he walks through the finished area to explain the thoughts and work he put behind this job. He even offers me advice how to improve colour matching on other parts of house to the sidings. He even closed up an opening on top of house left open by the raccoon, and he reinforced the closing so that it won't be open again. It is very difficult to find companies that will replace aluminum siding with aluminum. Most want to replace it with vinyl which is cheaper and easier to work with.

After getting a number of estimates, I found Jimmy of GTA Siding to offer the best price for the full job. He has a tube van with all the equipment needed to form the aluminum to size.

Although his company is new, Jimmy has been in the business for many years and I got excellent references for him from previous clients.

He did an excellent job of removing the old siding, installing new insulation, new aluminum siding, replacing our troughs, covering them all with leaf guards, and replacing all the soffits and fascia. He capped all the windows very cleanly.

He even did some extras for no extra charge: capped our garage door frame, painted our bay window awning to match, etc.
