Broken Garage door springs

Unable to open garage door due to broken springs. Reached out via websites to a few local garage door & repair companies. Whitby Garage
Doors response was almost immediately. I responded to the email received via phone & spoke to Amanda who gave me both a verbal & email estimated price for replacement & who was able to arrange for someone to come out within 2 hours . My door was repaired by Daniel in less than 2 hours of me reaching out to Whitby Garage Doors. I eventually did end up receiving an email or call from the other companies after my door was fixed. All had a higher quotes in cost from a few dollars to just shy of $200 more.

Garage door repair

I opened my garage door to find the cable laying on the ground. I called Whitby Garage Doors. They came at the time promised. Nick did a Fantastic job fixing the cable and fixed a few other problems as well. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage doors to fix all your garage door problems. Very courteous very professional.

Called Whitby garage doors for a spring repair. They came same day and repaired. Technician changed some other worn out hardware as well that I requested. Door is working great, prompt service and fair prices. Would definitely call them again. Thank you!

Installation of 3 garage doors

Brandon at Whitby Garage Doors provided excellent customer service. He was spot on with the style of doors we wanted and sent us a virtual photo of what the doors would look like at our new build in Newcastle. He was there at the installation and everything went so smoothly. He and his co-worker spent quite a while making sure one panel fitted correctly and that the door closed tightly and smoothly. We are highly impressed with Whitby garage doors and the service they provided. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone we know who are looking to replace or have their garage doors repaired. Thank you.
