We upgraded iur slider door. We are happy whith our new door. The salesperson Mike was very knowledgeable. The installers were quik and clean. We love WSW and would recommend them to everyone.

I worked in the window industry for 20 yrs when I decided to give these guys a call...
After interviewing 4 window companies we decided on W.S.W because I know the company that supplies their sealed units and these guys were the only ones using these units.
So the positive is windows are fantastic... we got 9 and 3 doors... front door beautiful with 3/4 length glass...
The work.... ugggh.... 2 workers... lead guy and young guy... young guy is a nightmare
He ripped our deck apart to install the back door then didnt put it back together properly
He knocked a large wood framed mirror off the wall damaging the wall... then the 2 doors they left gaping holes in the walls above the doors where their trim wasn't big enuff to cover the entire door hole (pics below)
Then they left all the vinyl scrapings all over the windows from the manufacturing of sealed units into frames
Quality of work very sloppy... also no follow up call from anyone in this company after a 13,000 purchase
Think twice and use a higher end company like Lux or Surpreme

In August 2018 I had 13 windows and one sliding patio door with mini blinds replaced in Strathmore. All look nice and all done in one day. Other then the mini blind in the sliding door was missed, very happy, but that has been corrected now. Accolades to Alex (Sales Representative), Serg (Installer), and Orest (Service Technician) for work well done and accurate. All employees stress importance of calling in for service if something is not working right or broken. And also, your lady on the phone (Angie?) is excellent at getting information and phoning back and keeping one up-to-date. Lastly, we have noticed how much street noise doesn't come through into the house anymore and how much cooler the house was in warm weather.

Had a bedroom window replaced and were very happy with the results. Noticed the first night how much warmer the room was. Window works great. Sales representative, Michael Maximenko was very helpful. Answered all questions.

Got 7 windows done fast and very good. Michael maximenko has come now a few years later and I've bought a sliding side door. Good representative of company

We had 5 windows installed October 2017 and we absolutely love them. From Brandon who gave us our initial quote to the installers and then recently when we needed minor maintenance we were very impressed. We called in recently for a check on our locks and Alex( I hope the name is right) showed up very quickly and resolved our problem very efficiently. He had to order a part and again very quickly Orest showed up. We can’t say enough about how impressed we were. These young men were very professional and polite and represent their company very. They are very knowledgeable in the work they do and it was clear how much they enjoyed the work they do. They even cleaned the windows they worked on before they left. We will definitely have this company install the rest of our windows when we are ready.
