,knowing a few electricians myself and how much they charge, I was sceptical to give him the job. Any how I went with him and I am glad in doing so. He is very respectful, professional and most of all caring. I listened to his advise and went with LED panel light which is much brighter and looks much much better than other regular LED light. I

I had 12 pot lights installed on my main floor around my chandelier and I have to say, I am extremely happy with the results. Each pot light turned out to be about $60. very neat and clean job!!

Abbas is the most unprofessional and deceitful contractor I've ever experienced! Please avoid at all cost! As a self-proclaimed specialist in potlight installation, he turned out to be extremely disappointing.

During Installation:
1) Abbas damaged ceiling walls when installing the lights, creating huge holes which he unevenly patched up. He even left behind some holes to us to patch up ourselves because he was in a rush to complete the job.
2) Abbas installed additional lights which we didn't request for, and demands to be paid for them.
3) A 2-day job became a 5-day job because he only worked 3-4hrs a day, consistently complaining and making demands (even started taking showers at my place!)
4) Abbas does not possess sufficient skill to install separate switches for the potlights.

Payment
1) Abbas completely ignores previously negotiated terms, and bills an invoice that is almost $1000 higher than the original agreement.
2) Abbas demanded to paid/tipped everyday, so he can "pay his suppliers".

In summary, there are plenty of other contractors more skillful and honest that Electric and Gas. Please avoid.
