Tims Team Renovations

Tim's Team did a wonderful job on renovating our home of 34 years! Tim was very hands on and gave us great value for our dollar and was very patient in helping us choose materials, fixtures and tiles. He was conscious of our budget, but at the same time was concerned about the quality of the materials and workmanship. We appreciated the fact that a lot of detail was addressed with no shortcuts in painting, redirecting vents, plumbing, etc. to meet our goals.

The whole job was completed in 6 weeks and on time & on budget! We expected the cost of the work to be much higher for the caliber of the work done so we were very happy! His team took pride in their work and it showed, day after day. His team gave our home a new life and we know that it has increased its value substantially. The project was a successful and positive experience for us and I look forward to having houseguests in to enjoy the new look.

I approached Tim’s Team to create an In-Law suite in my basement for my aunt to live in. I needed a kitchen built, electrical and plumbing, and some major modifications to the existing bathroom.I wanted the work done and each phase fully inspected by the City of Langley. It was to act as a legal mortgage helper that future owners would find value in. He provided me a plan and a budget that was very reasonable, as well as a timeframe to complete the work.

His team came in and completed the work on time and on budget. The quality of the work was fabulous and they even cleaned up! They had a professional team come in to do the job and when I came home from my vacation, my house was spotless! I was so excited! And the quality of work that his trades did was excellent and my aunt is enjoying her new home immensely.

Today the work still looks great and there has been no need to call him to come fix anything that was done. Last year, I had them come back and install all of my hardwood floors. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for other renovations in the future!
