I needed help decluttering, packing, moving, unpacking, and organizing an "organized hoard" from one condo to another. I had been procrastinating the process because it was so daunting.

Pauline and her team were amazing from the initial meeting to the final de-staging! I initially brought them in to declutter and organize my home in preparation for selling. Rosalind's communication was very clear and timely from start to finish, she came on site to see our place and provided a very reasonable quote based on our budget. She was very flexible to align to our tight timelines as well. The staging team was very friendly and professional, they arrived on time, communicated with us upon arrival and at the end when the work was done, and staged the unit beautifully in a timely and careful manner. The furniture and design choices were spot-on and made our condo look fabulous. The pick-up process was equally smooth and super fast. After my mother-in-law passed away we had to pack and move the bulk of her things out of her home, including art, furniture, kitchen items, and things that were of high sentimental value. Simply Home Downsizing made the process so easy and took it from being completely overwhelming, to completely manageable, and most importantly - done!

Everyone I met from the company was an absolute pleasure. Everything was packed with care and so well organized. I could never have done this on my own. I am so grateful for their help and plan on working with them again to clear out some extra items from our own home.

Pauline and her team provided exactly the help I needed in a refreshingly capable and considerate manner. With a little direction and instructions from me they were able to sort and pack a one bedroom apartment in one day. I went through multiple moves from 2021 to 2023, during a very stressful period of change in my life. Simply Downsizing took a huge amount of worry off of my mind as they helped me declutter and then packed me up with minimal preparation on my part of all my stuff, moved me, partly unpacked me and organized what they unpacked very well. They were very very good at labelling the many boxes so that I could keep track of which stuff had been packed during which move. They also supervised my multiple moves and overall made sure I remained calm, happy and as unstressed as possible. I cannot speak more highly of their services, and if god forbid I ever have to move again, I will absolutely use them.
