We badly needed to replace our aging wooden garage doors. Rob installed some great looking doors and 2nd door opener - making us the new envy on the block for curb appeal. Went with him after getting 3-4 quotes. Home Stars reputation and reviews helped but also the fact that Rob showed that he was interested in our business as opposed to a "take it or leave it" attitude. Also, he patiently and promptly answered all my questions prior to me signing on the dotted line - I will add that I can be a demanding customer but also garage doors are not a trivial expense in my opinion.

Slightly miffed that our original choice of "fake" hinge hardware wasn't available but can live with the replacement choice. They're just fake hinges for crying out loud...

As a bonus, I got travel-related advice from Rob's partner on the job. Thanks Leo - will consider those jaunts.

From the start, Rob was always quick to respond to any questions I had and provided various options to fit our budget. Once we settled on the door we wanted, Rob came out to take measurements, showed me a door sample, and thoroughly explained the installation process. Rob even discounted the price once he realized that our garage could not accommodate the longer opener he originally planned to install.

Once the doors arrived, the installation took about half a day and I was extremely pleased with the results.

Our garage doors are no longer whistling on windy days and our new belt driven openers are super quiet.
