We're extremely happy with the quality and look of our new garage doors, and are so thankful to have gone with Direct Overhead Doors for the project! Rob was great to work with - very knowledgeable, responsive, and offered us a very competitive price for the exact doors we wanted (lower than 3 other companies we had gotten quotes from for similar or lower quality doors). He himself came to install them and did an amazing job! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rob from start to end! Rob came and did a quote for us in the middle of the pandemic. He was very knowledgeable with the whole process and never tried to up sell us on any of the options. He was also very respectful and keep his distance throughout the whole process. It took about 5 weeks before the door came (granted there was July 1st and July 4th long weekend in the middle). Rob and another worker (I am assuming his father from other people's post) came and install both doors. Took them about 4 hours to replace both doors and reconnect my existing door opener. Overall, great service from beginning to end. Will definite recommend Rob to anyone else asking.
