I rated Diamond Cut Roofing at a 10/10, and it was well-deserved.
Stephen was honest, reliable, hard-working, ethical, trustworthy, and pleasantly approachable. I was advised, prior to the work, about scheduling, materials, installation details, time length of application, and, everything occurred exactly as promised.
The roofing crew was very pleasant, and, all had good work ethics. They really worked hard, and, it was a hot day. They cleaned the site well, and left a beautiful new roof installation.
I shall certainly refer friends and family, to Stephen of Diamond Cut Roofing Ltd.

We just had our roof done and were so pleased with Stephen and his crew. They arrived promptly at 8:30AM and worked through the evening as they had to replace the plywood on the roof. They thoroughly prepped the roof for the shingle installment the next day.

We were also impressed that they were respectful of our neighbours by working hard, minimal talking and keeping the worksite clean.

We appreciated that Stephen kept us updated as needed both days. We were impressed that that the team worked so well together. Stephen and his team were efficient and polite. They are reasonably priced and are conscientious about doing a good job. We are very happy with our roof!

We are very happy with the work done by Stephen and his team. Everyone was very professional. The product they use is quality and the warranty on both the shingles and work done is comparable to the other quotes we received. They worked continuously to assure the roof on the house was complete in one day. The garage was also completed in a timely manner and the work on both roofs is immaculate. The Diamond Cut guys were great. Stephen and his crew arrived right on time and replaced the shingle roofs on both my bungalow and the garage in one day. They worked all day and worked into the evening until the job was complete, including a thorough and detailed clean up. The yard and surrounding area was left just like they found it, the gutters were clean, no debris anywhere. Great work ethic!
They installed several additional roof vents as per their quote.
They did not disrupt the routine of the tenants and they were pleased with the professionalism of the crew.
And all at a reasonable price.

Fantastic! A very large crew showed up in the morning and worked non-stop until our 30 year old roof on our house and garage were replaced in one single day.

All the workers were quiet and very friendly.

The cleanup was awesome; extremely thorough all around our property.

They added extra vents and did everything they said they would. And it all came in exactly as quoted.

To be honest, we are still shocked that they worked so hard to get it done in 1 day. Our neighbors just had their roof done by another company and it took 8 days of yelling and noise (weather was not a factor) plus we had major debris on our property from their roofers. We are so grateful for they respect Diamond Cut Roofing had for us and our neighbors.

Was very impressed at speed with which Stephen and his crew did their work. Price was extremely reasonable. Like the other reviewers, crew did good job of cleaning up and they appeared to take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend. Stephen and his crew did a fantastic job on our new roof. From quote to job completion they were speedy, fair priced and professional in all aspects. Insured and have WCB. Cleaned and fixed our gutters too. Great clean up of our yard and even looked at the neighbours yard to ensure everything was cleaned up.
