Eazy Peazy Plumbing & Gas

Sewer line had been slow drawing for some time so I called the guys at Eazy Peazy to come take a look. They arrived on time and were extremely polite. Job was done in no time at all and the rates were very resonable(I had called around). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

Jeff has been very efficient, clean neat work, patient when asked questions and with change work plans. He has also arrived quickly to help with leaks and when hot water tank failed. He worked with other installers when doing the bathroom reno. Which at times meant doing small amounts of work then waiting for other work to be done then returning to complete his part of the job. When I have asked for changes or added work he has been very helpful. I would very much recommend Eazy Peazy and already have, he is doing some work for a friend.

Came out on a weekend to fix a toilet clog. Very friendly and were able to arrive quickly.

I tried to take off U joint to unblock sink and failed.

Jeff and Sean fixed it faster than I ever could - professionally and with great sense of humor.

I had originally been donated used taps that I wanted to be installed. Jeff worked on the installation for over 30 mins and then had to tell me it just wasn't going to work with the used taps. He not only suggested to go get new ones he went out shopping and grabbed a new tap within my budget and installed it that same day. I was very pleased with the service and advise!

Jeff and his partner were very friendly and easy to talk to. It was great to get maintenance advice on the installed hot water tank. There were a few hiccups along the way which has caused my satisfaction to be at a "3".

Firstly, they arrived quite a bit later (11:30am) than their quoted time (9-10am). They explained that they received an emergency call which caused the delay.

Secondly, they realized that the hot water tank that they had picked up was the wrong one after they had already moved it downstairs and opened the box. The mistake was not theirs and they dealt with it immediately with their supplier. This resulted in about a 2 hour delay as they waited for the delivery of the new tank. During this delivery, Jeff was called away on another emergency call leaving his partner to carry the 50 gallon hot water tank down a flight of stairs all by himself with no dolly (we were concerned for his safety).

Finally, they were unable to dispose of our old tank as they had forgotten a dolly. They returned the next day with the dolly and, while moving it up the stairs, damaged the wall in several places. He was very apologetic, and offered to patch it up for us.

In the end, we have a newly installed working water tank (Bradford White) which is what we needed. Online reviews show average to poor ratings of Bradford White products, but hopeful that Eazy Peazy has the expertise to pick quality reliable products. And again, the staff were very friendly and communicated well. We appreciated their maintenance advice and they seemed honest and eager to do a good job. He stated that he stood behind his work and I believe him. I would suggest that they use furniture covers and floor coverings to avoid damage to future homes and we wish them the best!

Jeff provided excellent service and we will definitely refer him to family and friends without reservation!He kept in contact via text as he was tracking down a specialty part for our hot water tank which was causing a delay in his arrival time. Most other plumbers wouldn't bother. He worked quickly and thoroughly and maintained a clean work space. My post visit cleanup was minimal which is a rarity. Jeff's cheerful personality was an added bonus. And his fee schedule is very reasonable.

It was very good. Most importantly it was honest, and he ensured he found the right solution and ensured the most cost effective solution was applied. You should not hesitate to hire his service.
