Solid Eavestrough

Yaron was responsive and called me back the same day after I submitted a request for a quote on his website. He told me he would be able to come out in two days to repair my gutter and to send him some pictures. My gutter at that point was being held up by two or three screws, and once he saw the pictures he called me back and said he would come the same day to repair it. He was concerned that the gutter would fall off before he could repair it and said the charge would be a lot higher if it fell off and a new gutter installation was required. I totally appreciated that because you don't find that type of concern in a lot of contractors and in the end the cost was very reasonable. He put the screws back in and installed the brackets and even reattached my downspout that had become unattached. I would highly recommend Solid Eavestrough!

Yaron is fantastic and this is the second time he’s done repairs for me. He communicates immediately and attended my home on the same day I contacted him both times. He’s professional and his prices are fair. He dealt with my main problem today and then did some additional repairs and modifications upon my request. I had a large section of my eavestrough detached from the roof. Called Yaron and luckily he was in the area and was able to stop by my house within a couple of hours. He explained how he was going to fix it and did just that. I'm very satisfied with his work and will call on him again when its time to replace my eavestroughs completely.

I emailed Yaron on a Monday morning at 7:30am and within 20 minutes, he had responded. I had a small leak due to some heavy rain the week prior that I was concerned about, and I thought that it was caused by the eavestroughs being clogged. So I wanted my eavestroughs cleaned right away and he was kind enough to fit me in on the Thursday of that same week, after I finished work. It turns out my eavestroughs were clogged because my roof was in bad shape and all the shingles had broken off and were in the eavestroughs! Yaron took his time to diligently hand clean my gutters and show me before and after pictures. I was worried I would need to get new eavestroughs put in, but he told me my eavestroughs were actually in pretty good shape and that there was no need to replace them for another few years. I was really impressed that he was did not try to upsell me on something that could wait. Even though it wasn't his job, he walked around my roof and took pictures to show me the damage and where there were possible holes in my roof. He suggested that I get my roof fixed right away, and he took extra time after the job to share some very helpful advice, which I greatly needed and appreciated.  I am so grateful to Yaron; he is a very polite, kind, helpful and honest person. I highly recommend him and his company and I will be calling him in a few years time to come and install new eavestroughs for me.

We have been experiencing annual ice damming resulting in the eavestrough separating from the roof with water leaking down the wall of the house. We called Yaron based on the reviews from previous users. He turned up as stated and calked along the roof and eavestrough. I was initially surprised at the rather high cost, however when I noticed some further dripping from the eavestrough, Yaron responded immediately and returned to fix the problem. He was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I really appreciate the fact he returned to fix the problem without charging an additional fee. We will certainly be happy to use this company again.

Yaron from Solid Eavestrough, was great. He pick-up my call on the first ring, set-up an appt, showed up on time and cleared my downspout issue on my very high 2 storey home.
He educated me along the way and provided preventive maintenance tips.

Yaron was great to work with, from discussing our issue, to getting an estimate, and then it was straightforward to book a time with him. He was very knowledgeable, resolved our issue and also installed leaf guards that we were needing. He also did a thorough cleaning. We’ve had several heavy downpours since he was here and the Eavestrough is performing like new.

The Eaves had not been cleaned for 10 yrs. but were replaced in 2009.
Yaron responded immediately to my email at Homestars giving me an exact quote for cleaning my Eaves & told me that for sure I had blockages at all downspouts: in other words, my Eavestrough was NOT WORKING AT ALL. He IMMEDIATELY gave me an exact time & date for the CLEANING.
Yaron was ONTIME, VERY INFORMATIVE & THOROUGH
& ANSWEREF ALL MY QUESTIONS.
I APPRECIATED HIS PROFESSIONALISM & he was right
3 out of 4 DOWNSPOUTS WERE NOT WORKING.
Yaron took the time to manually clean my Eaves with a special tool & did NOT recommend POWERWASHING my Eaves because my house is over 80 yrs old. Yaron was VERY HONEST & when I asked him what he would recommend to keep my Eaves in working order, he told me to have him come back every few years to keep the system working.
I REALLY appreciated his informative manner.
I would definitely recommend Yaron to anyone who needs their Eaves cleaned as I had a bad experience 10 years ago & he assured me he was a Professional with 16 yrs experience & he would get my Eaves operational So glad I contacted Homestars first as I usually do now. Yaron did both a fix and an install for our house. Meaning he was first contacted to fix a blockage that was preventing proper flow to our drainpipes from our eavesthroughs. Yaron’s assessment of the situation was spot on and he came immediately to fix the issue which has plagued us for a while. Truthfully, we couldn’t figure out what was causing the problem but Yaron knew right away after reviewing photos/video sent to him. Subsequently, Yaron came to install eavestrough filters to prevent further buildup of leaves etc which would inevitably cause such blockages again. Yaron is professional, honest and everything you would hope for in his trade. I would not hesitate to recommend him and feel assured that he stands by his work!!
