Wpi was very professional and efficient, they worked within our budget and timeline. I would definitely use them in the future for home renovations and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a job well done.

We were delighted with Scott and I’m planning to use him again for a project for our condo association. Scott came recommended after we received another quote from a contractor that in the end turned out was over 20% higher than that of WPI, used lower quality materials, and would have taken longer than WPI. On a major renovation involving intensive structural work that Scott estimated at approx. 82k, the final price came in within 2k of that estimate. That’s amazing for a project of this scope. This was in an old home with a lot of hidden issues we upgraded several of the finishes after start of project. He kept the project consistently moving forward… there didn’t seem to be a day over the 3 month project when there wasn’t something moving ahead. Best of all Scott acted as our advocate when we had disagreements or changes with suppliers or sub-trades. When a supplier or sub-trade said that something would not be possible, Scott would show then that it could indeed be done, and it would happen. All renos passed inspection. Scott is a solid, ethical professional who I’d heartily recommend.

We called WPI for an estimate Scott was amazing, we got our kitchen updated as well as bathrooms, then unfortunatly on mothers day our basement flooded so we had to make a claim we were not satisfied with the insurance companies choice so they allowed to choose so i got WPI they started work quick, now we will be getting them to do a closet. Scott and crew are amazing very friendly and hard workers I give a huge A+

We hired WPI to complete a renovation to legalize one of our basement suites. The scope of the renovation was not large but it was not a simple job. The suite required a second furnace, new ceiling with soundproofing and all areas drywalled to meet fire code. The work performed is the most challenging part of legalizing secondary suites.

WPI was able to complete the job on time, on budget and passed all required inspections. The communication was excellent and the work was excellent. WPI is organized and communicates effectively.

We have worked with many trades and contractors and we were very happy with the work WPI performed.

I spoke with Scott regarding repairs to the front of our house. I knew there were issues and not only did Scott fit the project in on short notice, he made it work during a small window of timing while our house was being resided from one of our famous hail storms. Scott handled this project and the replacement of our front door with a professional attitude with concern for our timelines. Before the siding crew ever got to the front of the house, Scott and his team were done the repairs/replacement project and gone! Most importantly to my wife and I it was also cleaned up properly as well. Scott is a well respected professional contractor that I would recommend to anyone. Folks let me tell you you get what you pay for in this industry. Not only is the price truly fair but you will not have to be concerned about the job being done right. He will complete it right the first time. I have him quoting me for another job for this summer and look forward to the outstanding service once again!

I recently called Scott to look at a project I needed done revamping my deck. I had an old hottub to be removed and the deck to be rebuilt to accommodate the new tub. From the beginning of the project until completion, Scott always made sure I knew exactly what the plan of action was. He was always willing to answer any number of questions I had. I was always made to feel that my concerns or suggestions were valid and Scott would always take the time to discuss these with me. Any of the tradesmen that worked on this project were very professional, pleasant to have at my house and were also willing to answer any questions or explain things to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team to anyone looking to do any renovations. Scott will be the first person I call next time I have another project to be done.

We've had Scott and his team help us out with a number of smaller projects over the last year. Often they were finishing what somebody else had started. They had the ability to push through when other contractors seemed to think it was ok to get back to the project on their terms.

We do a number of projects every year and the one thing that's always been a real struggle is getting good people to show up, do what they say they are going to do, stay on budget and timelines.....

We have also been happy with the quality of work and the quality of people. Everybody we've dealt with has been polite, personable and somebody I wouldn't hesitate to send to "Grandma's Place" to do work. Once again, a brilliant contrast compared to what we are used to for contractors.

Scott hasn't failed us. We highly recommend using WPI and will continue to use them.

Since Scott did such a good job at my office i asked if he could help build a new front entrance to the house. He was anxious to start immediately and within a few days had demo'd the old structure and began construction of the front entrance from a simple sketch. We wanted to use composite wood for the deck and stairs and he went with pressure treated wood for the sub structure. he brought together other trades for the aluminum rails and his efforts clearly improved curb appeal. very happy with the results. Will consider him for other future work on the interior of the house.

Scott and the team at WPI put on a brand new deck on our home last summer. Having first gone with the crappy weather treated wood(came with the house), Scott advised on the benefits of doing a composite deck vs. wood again. He was able to explain (in non construction talk) the different materials available, their pro and cons and recommended a product that he personally stood behind - and it wasn't just the most expensive. His honesty, forthrightness and calm reassurance was a welcome change from some of the other quotes I received from lesser people in the business. I would without hesitation recommend Scott to any of my friends, family and colleagues. If you're looking for intergrity, knowledge, creativity on projects and peace of mind that what you're paying for is what you're going to get - then Scott is the guy for your job!
