Paul is amazing. He did our home inspection and he did such a thorough job. He went through every inch of the house with me and explained his findings. He also showed me how to use the things in the house that I was unfamiliar with, such as the heated floor and how to properly light and use a wood burning fireplace. He even included a binder and an emailed PDF with everything I need to know about the inspection and information for keeping my house in great condition. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Paul used high tech tools that my last inspector did not have. He had a digital heat gun so he could see through the floor if any pipes were leaking. He used a moisture detector to make sure the bathroom walls were good as well. After we were all done, he told me I could call him anytime, even months down the road and he would gladly answer any questions about my house. His service was incredible and I highly recommend him.

I contacted I Find it inspections for my first home purchase. I was very satisfied with Paul's professionalism and knowledge over the phone while booking the inspection. He was very patient and explained in detail everything I needed to know when hiring a home inspector.
After the inspection he went through the digital report on his iPad and then walked me through the home explaining everything I needed to know. He even put all my appliances into a recall warrant program and labeled all the water and gas shut offs. Officially bought my first house today after having it professionally and thoroughly inspected inside and out top to bottom. Paul arrived at the inspection site on time and did a thorough inspection at a very fair price. He was patient with my questions and was professional throughout the inspection. Even as the homeowner and his family was coming in and out of rooms that he was inspecting, Paul remained patient and thorough. Even though the house is only 3 years old, he found a few items on appliances that I would have definitely missed had I inspected myself, and gave me a short list of chores to take care of in the first few months of ownership.

The report that he provided will be a very useful tool after we move in, and we've already told the seller to take care of the items that were identified. In essence, the inspection paid for itself, as the cost and hassle of getting these items fixed is likely going to be around what we paid. When buying a house, it seems that money can flow like water, but I consider this great value for my money.

Paul was thorough, efficient, professional and honest. His knowledge is extensive and he reviewed the inspection with me via computer and then emailed the report to me.
