I Find It Inspections

The home inspector was VERY thorough & very professional. I am not easily impressed & honestly have to say this is one of the very rare times that I was truly impressed. He took the time to create a very detailed report / portfolio of his findings, which as a home owner, this is extremely crucial to have knowing that once I address the issues, I will be very confident in my property when it enters the market.

Paul arrived on time and got to work right away. Our home is a new home and after having a few trades who have come in to do work on the house, and all who have commented on how well the home is constructed, we where thinking twice about have a ten month building inspection. I am glad we did because there was six things which need to be fixed and those six things we never noticed. I would recommend Paul for a building inspection.

Even as a new build, he was completely thorough and provided detail photos and explanations on all aspects of the home, down to the smallest detail. Paul did a very thorough home inspection for us. We received the final report within 2 hours and it was very detailed (photos, annotations, examples of how to fix existing issues). Because Paul was do detailed, it gave the confidence to proceed with an offer on the house. I would definitely use Paul again in the future and recommend his services.
