Hi Jackie, this was an absolutely fantastic review and it just made my day. It was definitely a large home to do an inspection on but I'm happy that it inspected so well. With all the balconies, multiple levels and location there was much to look at regarding structure and stability. Whenever the home is built into the side of the mountain and is a custom home there are many hidden aspects that need to be thoroughly inspected.
