Lucky granite was absolutely professional in ever sense of the word. They provided excellent customer service and delivered on their promises. They went above and beyond, made a challenging time schedule work and executed challenging cuts. They were either on time or early on their schedule which was momentous to the timing of the project. Every stage of this transaction was top notch, from the minute I entered their show room I knew I was in good hands. They had a great product selection, templates worked out phenomenally, and the install was fast and proficient. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

This is the second time I have used Lucky Granite. Vanessa and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and answer all our questions. The installation team are quick and efficient at their job and leave the work site clean and shiny.I would recommend Lucky Granite for any stone work in your home.

The installation was meh and could have been done better. Seemed like the installers were in a big rush. Sink hole not cut exactly right even though they measured it. You might pay more else where but you will get better installation for the money.

Me and my wife visited Lucky Granite on a late Friday afternoon. Vanessa assisted in selecting the stone and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We made the selection in few minutes and she said it would be ready in 3 business days. We were very surprised by the quick turnaround. Following week on Wednesday, the staff showed up and installed it in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly, they protected our floor by placing sheets all over. The stone was 36 x 88 inches and our stairwell was very tight. They managed to get in the basement somehow. Overall the experience was excellent.

I had my kitchen counter, bathroom vanity counter and the fireplace supplied and installed by Lucky Granite. Highly skilled workmanship, top quality products, exceptional customer service and very competitive price. After the first meeting and then the template, Lucky Granite was able to finish my project in 3 days. Vanessa and Vivian are very pleasant to work with. Thank you for the great job !

Our kitchen was big and we wanted to have backsplash of the same quartz, and from templating to installation they only took 4 days. Installation itself was only few hours.

We contacted Lucky Granite and found Vanessa very helpful. The company has a huge selection and very fair prices. They were always very responsive through the process of ordering and installing the product. The only thing that was not perfect was the templating. It was done only with a tape measure instead of producing a real template. So the quartz counter in the kitchen did not fit perfectly, which was corrected by the installer by cutting into the drywall. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
