After receiving several quotes from other vendors, we decided to move forward with Roman and his team from The Renopros. I can’t speak highly enough of the effort and professionalism of Roman and his team. There on time each day during the renovation, they were extremely friendly and accommodating (as everyone was home during this renovation) Roman himself gave much of his time to meet with my wife and I and decide on the amenities and style of bathroom we were looking for. He was able to provide samples of work in the past that came close to our design. He was part of every decision (paint, trim, tiles, flooring and lighting ) and this really helped us put together our dream bathroom. Roman’s team also had to work around the COVID safety protocols and rules – they wore a mask at all times and kept physical distancing. We have no hesitation in recommending Roman and his team – they were a pleasure to work with and I’m looking forward to our next project together.

It was an amazing experience to work with Roman at The Reno Pros for a unique loft bathroom renovation. It was a full gut job with a tub to shower conversion, a new vanity, new fixtures and all new tiles. We are very pleased with the outcome! Roman was very communicative, answered all of our questions and provided us with updates throughout the project. He checked in after project completion to make sure we were happy with their work and had no concerns. He was always available to answer our concerns and would respond immediately. We will definitely work with The Reno Pros again for our next renovation and will be referring our family and friends to him! We could not recommend him more ... you will not be disappointed!

We moved into our townhouse in a crunch, likes most of it, hated the dark red chiclet glass tiled washroom. It was overbearing. In the spring the plumbing sprung a leak. This triggered a reno. We explored contractors quickly. Roman was the quickest and most confident in what he could do. He guided me to options and was patient as we pivoted all over the place. The timelines were extremely crisp. His team was on time, all the time and hit the marks perfectly. He was great at following thru and ensuring best outcome. We love our new washroom in a big way.

We needed the old, tiny and mouldering bathroom - the only bathroom in the house - in our semi-detached house redone, and Roman and Co. at Reno Pros did it in remarkably good time, with lots of attention to detail. When they did the demolition, they found all kinds of surprises - rotting floors, live wires - but dealt with everything smoothly and efficiently, with good communication. We went away for a week, and came back to a great new bathroom! Very highly recommended.

Roman and his crew are amazing. The job they did renovating our bathroom and floors significantly exceeded our expectations. Roman was very effective at maintaining lines of communication and explaining every detail of the work that would be done in a way that was clear to both my husband and me (who have learned a lot in this process!). He weighs in with helpful suggestions and opinions (which was much appreciated) but ultimately leaves the final decision to be made without judgment!

When selecting a contractor for my Master Bathroom renovation, it was really important for me to know that the person I hire shares in my vision for the final result. Roman from Reno Pros went out of his way to supply me with numerous finishing options, until I found just what I was looking for. Job was done perfectly, on time, and on budget without any surprises. The only piece of criticism I can give them is to not supply so many options, as it was a really hard choice for me, which is why it took me so long to decide on the finishing combination.

Though undertaking a major renovation is stressful at times, by not having to worry about delays, miscommunications, or hidden costs, Roman and his team made the process much easier than we anticipated. The end result was stunning – we were very particular that we wanted the second story addition to our 100-year-old craftsman bungalow to look seamless, updated yet original. Roman and his team exceeded our expectations. We were also very grateful that they were very considerate of our neighbours who still tell us how polite and accommodating the team was throughout and how pleased they are with the look of the house. I would not hesitate to recommend The Reno Pros and have already done so on multiple occasions.

I've known about Roman and his company Reno Pros for a while and only heard positive things, so when I needed someone to take on the task of sprucing up my Momma's place, I gave him the job. I trusted him with the most sacred of them all, and he delivered with flying colors. I know how hard it is to find a contractor you can trust, and now that I've found him, I am keeping this golden goose close.

I really like the work Roman and the team did, very friendly people. All the work was custom made to exactly how I wanted it, no fuss with a last minute modification either. Bathroom turned out beautiful, kitchen was exactly what the wife wanted. Would recommend to anyone looking to Reno their kitchen or washroom.
