Sam did an excellent job. The price was very competitive. I contacted several places for prices for vinyl shutters and Sam provide the best quality and price. He also explained the difference between different brands of shutters. He also provide a good price on roller shades.

Sam was great we were not sure what we wanted and he knew exactly what to show us. We wanted something modern and practical and he gave us that.

Smart Blinds installed blinds in my home but they forgot to install one bracket for the blinds in the guest bedroom. I still have to call them about it and I’m not sure if they meant to come back but overall I’d say the work is about a 7/10. I thought because it was the owner doing the install that he would be perfect but there are a few loose chains and it’s just not quite as good as I thought it would be.

The blinds were perfect and I love them, but with the floor they had a bit of challenge. The workers weren’t showing up and the owner Sam ended up having to do it himself. In the end, everything was okay but there were a few hassles along the way getting the job completed. But Sam made sure that it was done to our satisfaction.
