My 8 yr old LG dryer broke down on Friday morning. With 3 kids at home, we needed a working dryer asap! By Friday evening at 8pm, Nick had the problem fixed without any fuss or delay. He was polite and very helpful indeed.

Service was scheduled promptly and service man arrived within time frame. He diagnosed problem quickly and replaced damaged thermostat and returned the fridge to working order. He also indicated that the mother board had no visible damage but could need replacement if the temperature fails to remain stable. But there was no need to replace it now. He could have recommended immediate replacement and I would not have been the wiser. I appreciated his honesty. I had previously had my Miele dishwasher repaired by Fix Appliances and thats why I opted to use their service again. The professionalism and honesty of the most recent service man confirms I will use this service again for the next repair.

Cristina was very prompt in reaching out to my request and accommodated a service date to fit my tight schedule. The next day, Nick the technician came around and was very thorough at inspecting my dishwasher for any possible faults with sporadic leaking. He provided some helpful information to try resolve this as the dishwasher (naturally) did not play up when he was there!

I had a good conversation with Fix Appliance Management who explained to me the service and quote that were provided. I decided to take a different path to get my appliance fixed but I appreciated very much the follow call with Fix Appliances and how they take feedback serioulsy as an opportunity to improve the quality of services they provided.

My washing machine had been working but would not finish its cycle, so I called Fix Appliances ca and with 24 hours had a repair person arrive. Nikolas was very knowledgeable and was able within 15 minutes diagnose the problem, and offer his recommendations. He was very clear in his explanations and rationale for his recommendations. Fantastic company! Quick, efficient, friendly service right from the 1st phone call. My LG washing machine is 10 years old and I love it but it was making unusual sounds and Nick came by, took a look and changed a few parts (super good price) and now it works like new. It's definitely worth fixing some appliances and I definitely trust this company.

Had a warranty repair on a Panasonic microwave. Nick was at our place a couple days later, and back with the necessary part a week later. Super professional, and great work.
