Clean House

We are very satisfied with the the work Alex and team did cleaning our home. Scheduling the cleaning was extremely convinent as Alex responded to our inquiry almost immediately with a quote and available times. The quality of the work was also high, considering they managed to tackle a problem area in our house we have struggled to clean ourselves. Would highly recommend!

I had left my home unattended for six months as I was out of town. After returning I decided to do some minor work and a full paint job. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse in the High Park area 1625sq/ft. After the stress and fatigue of the work done I couldn't bear to clean it myself. I researched through Homestars and decided on Alex and his team at Clean House. They arrived on schedule with their arsenal of cleaning supplies. The house was quite dirty and dusty. They advised they required several hours to complete the house. I showed up 2 hours later and couldn't be happier. Great job and thanks for the help and very reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

I needed a thorough maintenance cleaning of my condo in-between tenants and found Clean House on HomeStars. Alex was very responsive and professional. He assessed the things I highlighted to pay particular attention to and he set out clear expectations of what he could do and what he may not be able to do. He takes great pride in his work. Alex brought with him all the supplies he needed to get the job done so that I didn't need to provide anything. I was overall very pleased with the experience!

Alex and his team did a great job. We did big renovation on a large house with high ceilings and windows. There was a lot of dust and the house was cleaned extremely well. Alex goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend him again

The previous owners had a dog - Alex and his team put in extra effort to ensure that all traces of dog hair and smells were eliminated. The cost of service was also very reasonable. It was easy to work out an appointment at my convenience. Alex and his team arrived on time. This was a straight one time house cleaning in preparation for an event. They did the work efficiently and with attention to detail. The house was sparkling when they were done. Very happy with the work. Very professional. I needed a cleaning job short notice and done fast - major spring cleaning on saturday morning with days notice - and Alex came through as promised - showed up on time, and in 3 hours did whole day of cleaning with a crew of 3. (9hrs in 3 hrs) House was like new, great job!

we bought a house which was built in late 1950s. The previous owner was an old gentleman who had lived in the house since late 80s. I have to say that it was not an easy cleaning job... i dont even want to think about how dirty the oven and some of the closets were... Alex and his team cleaned the hell out of it at a very reasonable price. They worked quite efficiently but still took them a good five hours. The house looked very different after the cleaning job. We were very happy that we found Alex and will definitely recommend their service!

We had a post-party clean up and our 2 story house was in a bad shape after the party! So we thought we needed professional cleaning for the house. We called clean house company and they gave us a time on such a short notice. they were punctual and they did such a thorough job. We were content with their work and happy to have our house back in a great shape.

They were very responsive in terms of scheduling, and found room for us on their schedule on short notice. The team (a man and woman) arrived just a few minutes late but apologized, it was in the middle of morning rush hour so it didn't bother me as it was traffic related and only slight. They were polite and efficient, they even stayed an extra 25 minutes over what was promised just to make sure they got through all the priority tasks, which was appreciated. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They did a quick and thorough job, and made sure to find out which tasks to prioritize.
They didn't cut corners and treated us like VIPs even though we were after an out of town move in. They won our business and we will refer them to others in the future.
