Excellent communication: From the very beginning of contact, Rene was responsive to all my emails related to needs and concerns. Responsive and reasonable: It was obvious that Rene had much experience in restoring and repairing brick. The very last detail of my needs for replacing bricks on the divider between my neighbour and I, on the second floor balcony, were considered. Workmanship: Joe and colleague came out to do the repair and were kind, considerate and responsive. The work was beautifully done. Affordability: I only needed to replace some bricks and add a capping. Before and after pics show the amazing work completed although I didn't opt for all the bricks to be replaced on my side.

We had our exterior concrete foundation parged and some of the bricks tuck-pointed and Rene’s team did a great job! And on top the job was done quickly and cost-effectively! We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend Buildstrong Masonry!

My wife and I are very happy with the repair work completed. Many bricks were crumbling and breaking apart and we needed a professional's touch. Rene (from Buildstrong) kept good communication through the process, completed the job quickly, and matched the brick colour and mortar nicely.

We had an old “window to nowhere” that a previous owner of the home had drywalled over but neglected to brick up on the outside (love old Toronto houses).

René listened to my concerns and clearly explained the different options available to me and Joe showed up on time and did an excellent job and left no mess behind either. The brick match was spot on and you really can’t tell what used to be there! They even were kind enough to fix a small section of cracked mortar without extra charge.

We have worked with René and Joe to repair bricks and parge areas around our home. The team did an amazing job. Joe was super pro. From start to finish they took the time to make sure the work is done well, they worked clean and were very courteous. They were prompt, professional and provided such a quality service. It goes without saying how much we valued their service. 1000% recommended!!!!

Both sides of the porch were re-built, chimney removed and had some minor repairs completed around the garage door. Extremely pleased with the price, quality of work and timeframe that it was completed in. Both Rene and Jean Luc were a pleasure to deal with.

I tried to get a contractor through the Homeservice Club but was unsuccessful. I saw a lawn sign where Buildstrong Masonry had done some work so I contacted them.
René got in contact promptly and came over and provided a quote.
Not long after I accepted the quote, his brother Jean-Luc came and completed the project, even stabilizing a loose doorbell in the process. The work was of a very high quality. They promised to return and caulk any cracks should they occur.

Previous job on porch skirt was dismal and falling apart. Buildstrong Masonry was first hired to replace the stone skirt around the stone porch and they did such a great job we had them replace the railing and parge the brick! Looks awesome and would highly recommend Rene and team.

The Buildstrong team did a great job rebuilding my chimney and cleaning up and re-parging the side of the house and stairwell to the basement entry. I was doing both for functional reasons but both increased the aesthetic appeal of the house in a big way. They were super efficient, clean and arrived when they said they'd be there! Highly recommend.
