I was in a bit of a bind after the moving company I hired previously did not show up for the job. Aaron was super prompt in returning my inquiry and scheduled movers for my job ASAP. The movers were on time and extremely fri nd,y and professional. There was a bit of damage as we have a very big couch and narrow space, however almost immediately the movers acted on fixing the damage while being honest and apologetic. Aaron then came by following the job to ensure the damage was fixed and fixed it to perfection.

Overall I highly recommend this company.

Aaron and his entire team were excellent from start to finish of the process The packers were true professionals and treated my precious collection with such care. The moving process was done with the same care and efficiency. They even moved the baby grand into my apartment perfectly. The entire process of downsizing is difficult but was handled so professionally and sympathetically, I would not hesitate to recommend New Era.

We had New Era for our recent move they were fast professionals and careful. Best movers we have ever had. Nothing was broken and price was very reasonable. We wish we had have used them in the past.

New Era Moving company did an outstanding job! They were extremely efficient, wrapped everything at a fast pace and moved it without any issues. There where a lot of stairs in the house however, these guys did not stand around wasting time or complaining, they got the job done very fast and efficiently. I will be using the any time I need anything moved! Highly highly recommend them!

I recently had occasion to use New Era for a move of a very sensitive nature. When I approached the owners Rachel and Aaron I knew I was in good hands. On the morning of the move, they had their team of 6 men come in, pack what needed to be packed, move what needed to be moved all in 2 hours. On the other end, the movers were patient and kind and wouldn’t even eat the pizza I brought them until they were done their work. Each of these men were so very special. They were kind and empathetic and most of all showed both patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for all of your packing and moving needs and I commend them and thank them for their graciousness and sensitivity.

The owner Aaron came over right away to give us a quote for our upcoming move (which was spot on in the end), he was always available for questions and phone calls prior to our move & he ensured everything went smoothly for us! He even came over the morning we were leaving to bring our young son a Robert Munsch book
about moving- it was such a kind gesture.

The day of the move, they showed up on time and ready to work. They were fast, efficient and always had a smile on their face (good sense of humour too). They took amazing care of all of our furniture and
belongings, carefully wrapping each thing. Everything arrived in perfect condition to our new home!

He consistently went above and beyond in terms of his flexibility and accommodation, which goes a long way during the stress of a move. The team he sent for our move was amazing. They accommodated all of my requests to double seal furniture in order to ensure it was protected, and did so happily. They were friendly, polite, professional, and enjoyable to work with. This was a long move and the guys were a pleasure from start to finish. Floors and walls were protected and our new home was left in move-in condition. Well worth the price!
