Heatmaster Services

We recently moved into a house that had a new furnace which had been installed by Heatmaster. During a cold snap we discovered it wasn't quite heating properly, at which point I contacted Dmitri for service. They were at our house a few hours later to diagnose the problem, and when the initial fix didn't do the trick, they came back the next day to complete the repair.

As the furnace is still under warranty we only had to pay a reasonable service fee, and everything else was covered. I was very impressed with their quick response time and friendly, knowledgeable service. I would certainly use Heatmaster again!

After having been upsold by a major furnace company that had performed furnace inspection, Dmitri provided a second opinion and laid out the best course of action saving thousands of dollars, by advising to have the part replaced under the warranty that is still valid, which was never suggested by the big company whose goal was to simply sell a new furnace. This is an example of high ethic standards and integrity toward his current and potential customers. From now on Heatmaster is certainly a company for all my heating needs.

They were very easy to deal with and have showed their commitment by walking me through every step and piece of equipment that they deal with, as well as educating me on how the furnaces work. I did wait a couple of months prior giving this review as I wanted to see how their product performs and I can't express how pleased I am with the new furnace and the work that they did! After being up-sold by a major company I spoke with my neighbour, a home inspector. She recommended Dimitri and Heatmaster. Services. They were prompt, knowledgeable, industrious, and more importantly, they were HONEST and walked through every aspect of the process with myself and the home inspector. They really cared about the homeowner. They completed the task very efficiently and at about 60% of estimate of the large company. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Dimitry installed 2 humidifier and inspected the 2 new furnaces for proper install. He has noticed couple of small things that need to be corrected and he fixed it with no charge. So a tip was deserved for good communication, honesty, fair priced and a service with a smile. Thank you amigo.

We required an emergency service and called a few places for quotes and approximate wait times. Dimitri was the only one that responded immediately with a quote and time of arrival. His customer service skills were exceptional and he explained what was wrong with our furnace and fixed it immediately. We are very thankful for his professionalism and helpfulness in our time of need. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs furnace services.

Excellent, friendly, honest and respectful service. Dmitri answered all of my questions. No hidden costs. Paid exactly what I was quoted. Received a free upgrade from a 92% to a 96% efficient furnace. I asked for a humidifier at the last minute and it was installed without a second thought or complaint. They cleaned up after themselves and even took an old door I had to the dump for me.
