I am very happy with Dmitri's work. He and his partner made sure of that before they felt comfortable leaving. They are professional, honest and thorough. Prices are also very reasonable. Which is rare when you have quality service as well. I’ve met a few contractors, most of them are not very enthusiastic about their work but Dmitri seems to take pride in providing quality work and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to refer Heatmaster to anyone.
Tom also did a great job cleaning my furnace. My vents have never looked so clean, as they should be since Tom went over them with a toothbrush (literally). Many furnace cleaners will quote you one price and then try to sell you more once they are on site, but Tom never tried to sell me anything.

Solid, proven professionals. I'd like to recommend Dmitri and his Heatmasters team based on the 2 A/C installations that we called them in for. The first was at our own house in May 2017 in Airdrie, and second was at our sons' house in Airdrie in July 2018.

On both occasions, they were on punctual, courteous, clean and a pleasure to work with. They confidently presented and explained our cost and options to us. Both jobs were tailored to our particular needs. The prices were competitive and the installations took as long as they estimated, and we received excellent products and value for money.

There was no sales pressure. Also, I would like to note that Dmitri was timely in his responses to our texts and phone calls, accommodating to our schedule, and willing to return to answer additional questions that we had.

This is my second service call. I have no words to describe the level of experience and professionalism of Dimitry. Without going into the details, he helped me alot with my old hot water tank and on the same time did full diagnostics of my furnace and air-conditioning system. I glad that met him.
