High Level Movers

Amazing service through and through. The movers worked very fast and worked very hard. Their fees were affordable and there were no surprises when it came to the final bill. The costumer service was great and I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends/family.

I hire this guys, they are not professional at all.
On my moving day, they do not show off, when I call them they inform about issues with their system and send an smaller truck, this means that our furniture requires more than 1 trip and guess who pays for that
They are careless, they ruin a dresser, scratch floor, walls and damage a piano and they didn't even apologize....no carpet, no blankets, no security belts...totally amateurs
They request a break to have some coffee and water and they include the break time in our bill!!!
After all of that, they even dare to complain about not having a tip...really? that's the meaning of being cynical.....

Avoid them and don't get dazzled by the company name, since its all except high level

“Perfect” is false advertising. Here are the issues I encountered:
1. Drivers came late and they are outsourced. They don’t work directing for the company
2. You’ll notice their policies are not available on their website. I learned that after my TV was delivered damaged and unfortunately not covered
3. I specifically confirmed that my mattress & couch be shrink wrapped; after confirmation, it was still not done and dust/dirt got on my cushions
4. Admin fee of 4% charged if you use a credit card to pay. This is not stated on the website nor was it communicated despite us asking if there was a difference paying cash or credit

Had the misfortune of hiring this company for a general household move, a three man team (paid extra for the third man). They wouldn't unload the truck until I agreed to the timelines for unloading which was a go slow until time ran out, then had pay for additional time. They were unprofessional, broke and damaged several items. Wouldn't return any of my calls to repair any of the damaged furniture. Worst moving company ever!

Two polite men (Dave & Adrian) showed up on time with their company truck. They didn't ask for any money up front. We signed the contract at the site and paid the money once the delivery was finished. They were very careful when loading and unloading our stuff. They were very accommodating. I would definitely hire them again.

HORRIBLE experience! Arrived late and charged 2.5x the quote then refused to empty the truck until it was paid in cash. They took 4 hours to move a fully packed one bedroom apartment to a location 2 blocks away! Slow, unprofessional, rude...and their "head office" is just as bad. Do NOT hire this business. They are the classic moving company horror story.

I needed a heavy cast iron fireplace moved from Saskatoon to Toronto. Perfect Moving had the best price, fastest delivery, and quickest response. Great follow-up! Would definitely recommend this company for long distance moves.
