David and Luk were very quick, professional and friendly. I was extremely impressed with their work and how fast they moved out all of my things. Would recommend them 100%!!

The movers were unprofessional, late, and rushed. They didn't arrive with necessary materials such as mattress and furniture plastic wrap to protect my belongings during transport. Because they were late there was no time to return to get more and they convinced me everything would be fine with the blankets and little supplies they DID have. They spoke in a foreign language the whole time which added some alienation to the mix. All of my stuff is destroyed or damaged and the many calls and texts I have placed have gone ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY. THEY HAVE FALSELY HIGH REVIEWS BECAUSE THEIR MOVERS PRESSURE YOU TO RATE THEM BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE SITE AFTER THE JOB IS DONE. They are very pushy about it and it makes for an extremely uncomfortable exchange.
If you have any issues with their service - don't expect them to care WHATSOEVER! Their customer service wobbles between non-existent and downright rude.

I had such a very positive experience with Perfect Moving company that I recently used. The best thing of their service was the care with which movers handled all my furniture. The way they packed and wrapped every single piece of my furniture exceeded all my expectations! Also my furniture was took apart - put together and placed where I wanted it. The whole move went smooth and easy. I am very pleased with company and it's representatives. Also, the person I talked to over the phone from the office was really nice and professional. I love this company and definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was moving into a coop apartment with another moving company and could not fit my couch into the unit so it had to be left in the hallway until I found an option as to where to put the couch. My son wanted the couch and I called High Level Movers to pick up the couch the next morning at 9am. David and Vasillii the moving team were there exactly on time and asked if I wanted them to try and move the couch into my apartment, I said no but appreciated that they would try. Getting the couch into my son's place was difficult but David and Vasilii found a solution and the couch was delivered without any damage whatsoever to the couch or the house. Very much appreciated as I was in a very difficult position.

Drivers showed up hours late, pressured us to sign promising that they were going to load quickly (we were concerned about the time of arrival at the destination because there was a cut-off time for elevators), took forever to load so that we arrived after the cut-off time, and then stated that they couldn't hold the items in the truck overnight for delivery the following day (when the elevators would be free again), nor would they be able to deliver the next day because they were booked. They then proceeded to state that the full bill for the move had to be paid before they would deliver the items that were in storage, and that if the bill was not paid in full prior to picking up, they would deliver the items to the junk yard. I asked how they can charge for a move that is based on time that has not yet been completed and they stated that this is their company policy. Really? So, extortion is your company policy? I asked that they email the signed contract that states this to my email address. I'm still waiting for that contract.

These guys are literal criminals.

Artem and Jackie, what a great experience! Fast and efficient movers. They moved my 3 bedroom house with a speed of light and had all my valuable belongings delivered safely. I will definitely use this company again.
