From the moment we met Zion we knew he was the person to do the job. I had met with a few others, but none had paid attention to detail like Zion did. He took the time to address every concern. The workmanship is detailed, top notch, on time, professional and clean. Unprompted, he even came by 8 months later to see how everything fared during the tough winter. We are planning to do the front porch and another fence with him this year; we wouldn't consider anyone else for the job. Our neighbours are hiring Zion for their new deck this year as well, seeing how ours turned out.

I was really pleased with Zion and his team. We met to discuss design and size of the new deck and Zion made excellent recommendations, given the constraints in my back garden.
My house is in the city of Toronto, I don't have a driveway and it's a flight of steps up from the road to the house and the only access to the back yard is via the alleyway between the houses. I had problems getting quotes from some companies because of this, but that was not a issue for Zion.
His communication and customer management skills are fantastic, and he does what he says he will do. There was transparency throughout the whole process, including when the person he had originally planned to build my deck broke their hand. He let me know that there was a problem, but that he would have plan by the end of the week and would let me know - and he did. Trevor and Nicole did a great job. The new deck is stylish (design and size recommended by Zion) and it is built to last. I am now thinking about rebuilding my front porch and will definitely give Zion a call about it.

Zion of Bin Solutions provided us with an excellent description of all that building our deck would entail, a date when it would begin, length of work. Nicole and Trevor did a beautiful job of the carpentry, on time and left everything spotless. We were exceedingly pleased with the result.

We hired Zion and his team last year to build a fence, front porch stairs and shed. We had them back in June to build us a backyard deck. Zion provided great design suggestions and a reasonable quote for the work. The team, Trevor and Nicky did fantastic work once again. Upon removing our old back porch they uncovered some structural problems and instead of just covering it up with the new deck they advised me and performed some on the spot repairs. The deck is amazing and was delivered on time on budget and beyond our expectations. In total, we have had Zion and team build us front stairs, a storage shed, a garbage BIN, back deck and fencing over the last two years. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Flawless from start to finish. Zion’s team was punctual, clean, polite and completely and utterly competent. My deck is a masterpiece of modern, solidly built craftsmanship. When we bought our home 16 months ago, our yard had an ugly chain link fence on one side of the yard and no fence - or any divide - on the other. We needed to enclose our yard because we have small children, and we decided to build a deck at the same time.

We contacted Zion on a friend's deco - and we met with several other companies as well. While his quote wasn't the least expensive, we truly felt we were getting more for our dollars if we went with Zion. Now that the project is complete - we are completely and totally thrilled with our choice!

Zion came to meet with us on our schedule, was clear and very personable, and obviously has a ton of experience. He came with great ideas and also was very collaborative with what we had envisioned for our project.

The crew (Trevor, Nicole and Matthew) were nothing short of AWESOME. These guys work HARD. They arrived early and worked long days, always cleaning and tidying before leaving the job site. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond at every turn. I cannot say enough good things about having them here.

All in all, it took two weeks to tear down what was there and construct our beautiful deck, fence and shed - it went remarkably quickly given that there are three levels of deck, glass railings, three sides of the yard fenced and a racoon proof shed! The workmanship is extremely high quality and we are thrilled.

Zion checked in daily throughout the project to ensure we were kept up to date with everything. He really takes customer service to an elevated level and guarantees his work.

We have already recommended this company to several friends and will continue to do so.
