I would highly recommend this company for cleaning needs. I travel so much that being able to get online to book my service whenever I have the time is very convenient. Staff is communicative and polite and the work is detailed and thorough. My very dark hardwood floors are left streak-free. The text message reminders are great, please don't get rid of them!

Zen Maids does an amazing job every time they clean our nw home. The women were lovely and gracefully worked throughout the house making beds, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing down the kitchen and bathrooms. really like that they use only environmentally safe cleaning supplies. I needed a deep cleaning performed on my basement suite so i could find good tenants. Booked them online and my appointment was confirmed in an hour. Two people came to clean for the morning and into the afternoon. They did an exceptional cleaning the oven, kitchen, bathrooms, overhead fan, everything. We bought a house that was not at all cleaned before we moved in so we needed a thorough cleaning ASAP. We chose zen maids based on reviews on here on homestars and google. They were able to schedule a clean within a few days and gave us a firm price at the same time. The cleaning crew did good work overall and in tending to little details like baseboard corners and wall plug-ins. They spent as much time as they needed to and didn't act rushed the way I was concerned they would with the flat fee. We're very happy with the work done and we are considering hiring them for maintenance cleaning so we can enjoy this feeling every single month.
